Great boat and captain - Great boat and the captain 👍🏻we enjoyed the ride. The boat stop at the small island and we float on the water and do swimming which was really fun. Get lucky to spot the dolphins too!

Yacht adventure in Miami - The captain was amazing. The weather got a little bad but he made sure our experience was enjoyable. It was definitely an adventure

Girl trip of 4 - The breath taking view from the yacht was amazing. It was clean and the captain made the ride easy . There was no interaction from the captain however; it was still an amazing day .

Boat cruise then swim - Didn’t get full joining instructions until just over an hour before the trip. Bit confusing finding exactly where it left from. Cruise overstated, 40 minutes out, moor for over hour then back to port slowly driving past all the houses No need for English tour guide as no guiding done. Did see dolphins though

Ok...but not worth the price. - We were a little confused when arriving to the boat. We were sent multiple text messages about being early... yet not provided information on any signage to look for once you got to the marina. We got a video that only showed how to go up the driveway to the marina. We were also told that it would just be my party on the boat... but 3 other parties were with us. While this was not a huge deal...things seemed a bit unorganized. We also departed late...evernthough all parties were there early....but came back as scheduled. We also were not really provided much of a tour guide experience. We just rode past a bunch of houses with boats...with no information on what were where seeing. We spent the rest of the time parked in the middle of the water. This was fine to pass the time if you have a late flight...but not for anything else.

Your cancelled same day, still waiting for refund - The tour was cancelled the same day it was scheduled to leave. I’m still awaiting my refund. I was looking forward to the boat cruise and water fun. I’m sad it was cancelled and I didn’t have enough time on my vacation to reschedule as I was leaving the next day.

Cancelled trip - They cancelled due to mechanical issues. they try to reschedule to another day, but we weren’t there long enough to do that. They did give me a full refund very quickly.

Make sure you don’t have an emergency pop up like I did. - I had an emergency come up, didn’t make it, called & spoke to an employee & was promised a refund. He even gave me directions on how to guarantee a refund with this stingy company. I asked for all of this in writing, but never got it. That person didn’t do their part, so no refund. That employee who sounded Brazilian BTW, either lied or didn’t care. Female dog. Days later I spoke to another employee with customer service on the other line, That person, who also sounded very foreign, lied and acted like a female dog, He “conveniently” played dumb after being caught in a lie. He also lied to Customer Service, which is weird because the conversations are recorded. Ugly horrible experience. It’s about the principle & about being a standup guy. I really mean when I say this has nothing to do about the money. I seen the finesse and because of how their business model works they can get away with it. Unfortunately, these “guys” have the heart of a female dog if you know what I mean. Roooof
