Would recommend this 5 stars tour to anyone - Thank you Benji and porters. They are such warm and kind human being. I had really a wonderful time. Benji is so caring and funny. He let me his sandals when i slipped thousand time on the shuffling path. Making fires at night to keep us warm. Constantly checking on our wellbeing. And told us many things about the Mt rijani. I would recommend their tour to anyone.💓 Also thanks for making arrangements on the payments.

Not suitable for inexperienced trekkers 😂 - A show!! A nice but hard bed with a good final reward as the views above are amazing. Nothing would have been possible without the help of the boss from the beginning of the trip organization, as we called from Yogyakarta and explained the whole tour. We were picked up at Lombok airport and brought to Senaru. The next day they came after us at the hotel and took us to the office, where we could leave our luggage. Once there the adventure began... We had two guides for 4 people, who helped us in everything possible and impossible to reach the crater of the volcano. Personally, for us Benji was very helpful throughout the tour. He was a very friendly and patient Guide, very involved in his work. On the other hand, one wants to make a great mention of the porters who do a spectacular job climbing everything necessary to make our trip more comfortable (folding chairs and tables, shops, sacks, food, water, soft drinks, etc.). In addition, they made us meals cooked by themselves in large quantities and gave us fruits and cookies throughout the way. Finally, mention that after going down the mountain we should be taken that same day to Bangsal port (as it was included in the price), but since we were dead we decided to sleep another day in Senaru. So they took us to the new hotel, came the next day for us, let us leave the luggage in the office and brought us to the entrance of the Tiu Kelep waterfalls. Later they came to pick us up, picked up our luggage and took us to Bangsal to catch our boat to go to the Gili. Anyway... very good people and given to adapt to all your needs. A great experience.

Gorgeous, challenging and worthwhile - Gorgeous experience. Deeply professionally staff. I had a hard time with the descent and my guide was so kind and patient with me and VERY helpful. The food was delicious and the hike itself was gorgeous.

Unforgettable trekking on Rinjani - My wife and I, trekking enthusiasts, could not miss this unique experience, which we would highly recommend to all adventure lovers. The trek is beautiful but very challenging (with a vertical drop of 1600 meters, not suitable for everyone) and winds through the lush jungle of Mount Rinjani. The humidity is high, but we managed to keep a good pace thanks to our Guide Antoine, although nothing compared to the wearers who, with flip-flops because the shoes cost too much, carry on their shoulders huge baskets containing everything needed for meals and tents for us hikers. At each stop we were offered a snack, and meals were cooked directly by our Guide and tireless porters. The climb is not particularly scenic, with limited views to the final part. However, the arrival on the crater is simply incredible, with breathtaking views of the volcano and the lake in spectacular colors. Dinner and night in a tent are beautiful, accompanied by an unforgettable sunset and sunrise. The descent is very challenging, with hangovers that are felt in the legs for a couple of days, but the experience as a whole is unforgettable and will stay with us for life. Consigliato!

unforgettable experience - We just finished 2 day trek on Mt. Rinjani with Lombok volcano trekking and it was an incredible experience. Jou, the owner, was so welcoming and hospitable, lending us equipment and providing us with lots of helpful information. Our guide was so kind, patient, and charming, and the porters who came with us showed amazing strength and cooking skills. The views from the crater rim were unbeatable, and the accommodations and food, including tents and sleeping bags, exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company for all your Rinjani hiking adventures!

Senaru crater rim Mount Rinjani - We embarked on a 2D1N Senaru crater rim trek. Many individuals suggested commencing from Senaru to relish the lake and the breathtaking sunset, as it is more convenient and comfortable. During the extensive day hike, we traversed the rainforest, which was shaded and uncrowded. We arranged our trek with Lombok volcano Trekking, a trekking agency, and they proposed a very fair price. The service was outstanding, and the guide and porter were extremely amiable, supportive, and adept in photography. The trekking gear provided ensured our warmth on the mountain. We wholeheartedly endorse this for a private, well-organized, and enchanting experience.

Wonderful experience - We opted for the 2-day, 1-night package from Senaru Village to the Crater Rim as a great choice for those seeking a memorable experience and stunning views without the need to reach the summit of Mount Rinjani. Thanks to exceptional organization and dedicated staff, every aspect of this journey was thoroughly enjoyed. The meals were exquisite, and the scenery was truly awe-inspiring! Special recognition goes out to our guide Kerno, as well as our porters Siwadi and Ridasih for their outstanding service.

The best experience - Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, everything was perfect from pick up to drop off. My guide Ali was so nice and helpful the whole way, and our porter was amazing, had great food/drinks ready at every stop and tents all set up when we got to the top. This was my first proper trek and going solo was a bit nervous but it was amazing, highly recommend booking with them!

Mount Rinjani, Lombok - I crawled the Rinjani with friends because it was planned in our itinerary of Journaway. We had the 2 day tour. If I had known beforehand what was coming our way and what conditions you had to run up there, I wouldn't have done that. The route is absolutely inhumane and not recommended to anyone. We were there in July. Of course you can do it somehow, but we were all plagued by sore muscles for the rest of the holiday and also caught a cold afterwards. What you need when you absolutely have to run up there is a mouthguard. Run continuously for 5-6 hours through stirred up sand and dust. At base camp I was very happy about my hat. With the onion model it was OK at night. 🥶🥶🥶🥶 BUT if you all take care of each other and give each other your breaks , you can make it to the top as a group 👍
