Incredible private snorkelling tour - We loved this snorkelling experience! We chose to book the private tour which was a bit more money but I think worth it after reading the other reviews on here. The crew picked my partner and I up right in front of our hotel in a small boat (we were staying by the beach in Gili Air), then we spent about 3 hours out on the water. We were driven to 5 different locations and saw underwater statues, 4 turtles, and an amazing array of colourful fish. The different locations had different types of marine life. While I might have liked a little more instruction on how to use the snorkel properly (I’m a newbie to it), I had mastered it by the end and was more comfortable snorkelling for extended periods of time. The marine life got very close to us and Raj (our guide) knew exactly where to go to see the fish and turtles. I think we saw a lot more than if we tried to navigate around on our own. I also found doing the private tour good as it was just us, I could imagine if there were a lot of people in the group we might not have got so close to the turtles as we did. Overall an amazing experience, highly recommend!!

Snorkeling tour around Gili Meno - My wife and I had a wonderful time snorkeling around Gili Meno! Our tour guide was very nice and we had a GoPro video taken of us for a small fee. The video and photos came out wonderful of us swimming with Turtles and around the underwater statues! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Gorgeous - Nothing to say it was great, the staff at the top, it's magnificent it's an activity to do if you come to Gili. If you can do the activity in private it’s even better

Quieter than Bali. Beautiful beaches and amazing snorkelling - We stayed 5 nights in Kuta Lombok. Quiet different to Kuta Bali. A lot quieter, people lovely. We hired a motorbike and felt very safe riding around the island. The roads were mostly very good. Visitored some beautiful beaches and amazing waterfalls. Hired a private boat to visit 3 gilli islands spectacular snorkelling. Loved our trip here. Stayed in budget accommodation which was still very nice, with a great pool, breakfast included and across road from beach. Less than AUD45 per night for 2 people. Plenty of good restaurants to choice from in central Kuta Lombok.

Go private tour instead - 40 people on small boat. No room to swim without getting flipper in the face...have to stay in small group area. Heaps of other groups also in water and boats everywhere. Would recommend private tour as you don't get long in the water. Only very small section of bottom of boat is glass so if U not sitting right Infront of 80 cm glass bottom, you won't see anything. Staff friendly...an hour on Gili meno at restaurant and food not great.ost spots only 30-50 meters off shore so could do yourself.

Bit rushed and too crowded - Unfortunately this snorkel tour goes to all the same spots as other tours which makes it crowded and less enjoyable. I spent more time watching out for other snorkellers than watching fish and turtles. You also don't stay near the boat, instead they drop you off and then you swim back to the boat. But they don't explain that, or how long the swim will be, or if there are safety concerns (eg we got caught in strong currents at one location). Seeing the turtles was amazing, but it felt very rushed. Suggest getting a private boat instead.

Good for the price but many people - The staff is very informative and super nice. But the boat is simply too full. It wasn't a very big boat, but there were 30 of us on it, which also meant that there were always a minimum of 3 people there where we snorkelled. For the price it is a nice tour, but we would probably have chosen a private tour if we had to do it again.

Good but the trip should have ended after the snorkeling - The booking online was easy enough and we got told we would get a Whatsapp at least one day prior with the departure details, we did not and had to chase. We asked the operator what the balance in IDR was so we knew how much to bring with us, in the morning when we arrived and went to pay the balance they asked us for more than we were told but backed down when we showed them the operator email. The boat was quite small and didn't feel too cramped which I liked, the glass bottom was rather entertaining as it was hardly anything to rave about. The 3 stops were good, fairly busy with the other tour boats but we all saw plenty. Annoyingly after the last snorkel we all thought it was finished we were taken to another island and told this was the lunch stop, which was odd as lunch wasn't included and we didn't want to be told this is where we should eat. There was nothing else see or do so we had to wait for those who did eat before we could head back to gili t.

Zero Eco Sustainability - Zero respect for the marine environment; there is no instruction to guests to refrain from harassing turtles, standing on the coral, touching marine life, etc…the only thing that matters is getting the photo for the guest which may make the guest happy but is destroying the environment this business relies on. Allowing guests to smoke cigarettes on the boat, which they ash into the water, in addition to being disrespectful to non-smokers confined in a small area, was vile. My snorkel was past it’s prime and the valve constantly leaked, leaving me with a mouth full of water. No weight belts available. There is a strong current and there were several guests that could hardly swim, nonetheless fight the current, there should be a tow rope for these people. They need to limit how many boats can be in any one spot at a time, way too many people out in the water to be safe, never mind enjoyable.
