10/10 recommend! - We did the half day snorkelling with Egus and highly recommend! We saw lots of turtles and Egus took amazing photos and videos on the GoPro

Trip with my daughter. - We had so much fun!! The tour guide, madenus, feel so comfy and welcomed so much more entertaining!!! We thoroughly recommend.

Private tour in Gili T - Captain and snorkeling guide were fantastic, the photos the guide took made the memory complete, and no expectation of payment/tip. Recommend going early morning at high tide and when the crowds are small. Spent hours swimming with some beautiful turtles and such colourful schools of fish.

A sublime experience - To start with the location was central to the beach making it easy to access the boat. The captain and the guide were early therefore we were able to start earlier. They knew the great spots where turtles would be and where lots of fish would be around coral and were very helpful with sorting equipment and making sure it was ok. The guides also took plenty of videos and pictures to make it even more memorable. After all of the snorkelling, the guides took us to see baby turtles at the sanctuary and got us a great table for some food at a local restaurant on Gili meno.

Great private snorkel - My daughter and I did the private 4 hour snorkel trip. The guides were so friendly and happy to accommodate. They did a great job communicating the night before so we knew where to meet and who to look for. I would definitely recommend!

Great tour - Amazing guides super fun and the reef is so colorful and the turtles are so cute. It is a great activity for the family. Would do it again

Great all around - Communication with the actual tour provider was excellent and responsive. The two guides were very good, flexible, water and location knowledgable and took great GoPro shots. Fabulous food at the lunch spot on Gili Meno. Not the guys fault (the owner is accountable for ensuring boat safety) when I requested to see the life jackets before departure only one was viable. The other was shredded with no clips. I requested they find a workable vest to which they did. Other than that, everything was fabulous!

Poor snorkeling experience , not nice guide. - It was not good , 1. They picked us up 30 minuts to late, 2. Boat to gilli was old wooden boat with 30x30cm glass bottom with water in it so nothing to see. No water bottle as promissed, we booked a 4hour tour and after 3x snorkeling times about 1.5 hour it was enough and brought us to gilli tranwangan beach were we were dropped at bechbar. We stayed there about 1 hour an then we have enough and asked to bring us back. Dont go with this company. Poor

Worst experience of my life. Please don’t go for this package. - I went for this trip with my wife. I’m a very good swimmer but my wife is not. If you are charging £100 for a half day snorkeling trip, at least provide snorkeling equipments of good quality. The whole trip from the beginning itself was disastrous. 1) When I tried to contact the tour operator, they didn’t have an office at all and gave me some random address. 2) There was only one guy as a guide whereas I noticed there were at least 2 people in other tour groups. When asked about this, the guide said his partner is on leave. That’s not my problem, he should have got a replacement. 3) We reached the snorkeling spot of Gili statues. I jumped into the water and after some time, the snorkeling equipment started leaking water. I made sure the nozzle was not getting into the water. But yet, the water was leaking into it somehow. When my wife also faced same issue, It was clear that the equipments were not upto standard 4) For the first snorkeling spot, the guide didn’t jump into the water at all. He said, you can swim around. The only reason I booked this was because there would be private guide especially since my wife does not know swimming. But he was not of any help at all. I still have the video clips with me as proof if Viator needs to see it. Later, I told him to help us by joining with us in the snorkeling otherwise, what’s the point of taking this package? 5) In another snorkeling spot, we were following a turtle. I didn’t want to get too close with the turtle but yet he was telling me to get close with the turtle and all of a sudden somebody(not the guide) pushed on my head to go down in the water. I have video proof of that as well. Is this how a guide is supposed to do? 6) After 3 spots, we were bored and tired. All we saw was just turtles that too around the shore. So, I asked him to get us back to Gili T early.
