When we hook-up, the First Mate will hand you the rod and help you with your technique if necessary. If the fish you catch is a good eating fish, or good for bait, and meets the minimum size requirements, it will end up in the cooler. If the fish is a game/ish, and meets the minimum size requirements, it is up to you if you want to kill it! If you catch a trophy fish and want it mounted, tell the crew. You don’t have to kili the fish to have it mounted, a replica can be made from a measurement.
Dress according to the weather. Please wear sneakers, tennis shoes, or soft rubber sole shoes. (Shoes that leave no black marks on the deck are preferable). Sunglasses and a hat are a good addition to your wardrobe and sunscreen is suggested. For those who think they need it, pills for motion sickness should be taken before boarding the boat.
