Drive to North Pole, exit "Buzby Rd"; turn left on 1st traffic light, go under overpass. Turn right to Chena Lakes. Go passed toll booth. Follow dam to your right, to sign “Lake Park”, turn left. Go ~1mile to boat ramp & park; Check in at cabin #F33 or #F38.

TYSON IS THE MAN! - THIS WAS THE MOST AMAZING PART OF OUR TRIP!
Tyson was TOP TIER! His knowledge, his swift baiting, his ability to help with the kiddos, and perfectly clean and cook our fish were just beyond what we expected. The cabin kept us pretty toasty even though it was close to 0/-10* F that night. Our group caught TONS of fish, and caught a great light show! 10/10 would recommend this tour!

Such an awesome time and with a wonderful guide. - Thank you Tyson for making this trip such a rememberable one. It was so much fun to go fishing in a way we have never done before, catch fish and then eat them. Your knowledge of the area and patience with us was so welcoming. I also want to thank you for helping me with my camera settings and taking some pictures for us. This was an incredible experience and one that we will remember forever, in fact we are looking to do this again next year because of the experience we had.

Aurora, plenty of fish and good times - The Aurora Ice fishing was such a highlight of our trip! We got to see the lights and it was also our first time ice fishing. We loved it. Tyson was a great guide and super helpful. He made sure we had the best chance at catching fish and the aurora. He was great to talk to and cooked us a great meal from the fish we caught. I highly recommend this tour and company and would definitely book with them again if we get to come back.

Excellent experience - Excellent location to view the Aurora. The indoor heated hut for ice fishing kept us warm and occupied in between the outdoor Aurora hunts. Tyson was a lovely guide - very knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience so relaxing and memorable.

Great Experience - The guide was so kind and told us many interesting stories. The fishing was very easy even for my 7 years old kid. Directly cook dinner was delicious. The frozen lake was beautiful and feel isolated from all modern things. Plus, we could see the aurora due to the snow and thick clouds, but it would be really great place to see aurora.

Loved Alaska Fishing and Rafting Adventure - I highly recommend Alaska Fishing and Rafting Adventure if you are coming to Fairbanks. Prior to arrival we had different tours planned which unfortunately were canceled at the last minute. Our travel agent got us in contact with Kane and she was amazing and got us even better tours to include dogsledding with Goldstream Huskies and ice fishing with aurora viewing and dinner which did not disappoint!! 😀 I definitely want to give a huge shout out to Hunter, he was an amazing guide and so enjoyable and beyond friendly which made our trips even better. Thank you for making our trip beyond our expectations!!

Great experience! - My guide was super good at helping us figure out the mechanics and everyone caught something to contribute to dinner and I'm very glad i did this, where I'm from ice fishing isn't something most people ever get to do. The views were amazing, he also stayed on top of the northern lights and alerted us when they came out so we could watch a breath taking show. Over all, this was the best excursion I booked in Alaska by far, ands this is coming from someone who finds fishing really boring, I only booked this for my son. The meal was great too, firstly because I was eating super unhealthy (fudge, pad thai, crepes and coffee were my diet for two weeks) and my poor body was grateful for a nutrient, but also it was just well cooked and seasoned.

Don't expect bones removed from fish - Disappointed, Aurora only showed for 1 min and we missed it bc the guide was busy fixing our dinner at midnight. Dinner was good, but he did not remove many bones when filleting. Everyone had many remaining bones.
