Great for beginners! - A fun accessible 1 hour ride, even for first timers on snowmobile. The groups are not too big in size, the equipment provided perfect to keep you warm on the skidoos and the trail a beautiful and fun mix of wooded, river and lake surface. Lots of fun!

Great snow machine tour! - One of the best tours we ever did in Alaska! Will, our tour guide was simply SUPER! Very professional and took his time to explain the do's and don't to everyone. There was some language barriers with some of the guests in our group and Will was very patient and did an awesome job to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves based on their experience level.

Best Snowmobile Ride - Our family apparently booked the last snowmobile tour of the season with our wonderful guide Rodney. He was super personable and informative. He took us through nice small trials and scenic wide openings where we could pick up some speed. Wished we could have booked a two hour tour, instead of one. We will be back again! Highly recommended!!

Absolutely amazing, especially because of Rodney - We went with Rodney (not to be confused with Rod). Rodney greeted us with a cheerful smile and fitted us with our helmets. He is extremely charismatic and charming. He showed us how to use the snow machine safely and beautifully. The snow machines were properly maintained well-oiled and the brake fluid was at the correct level. He then guided us through a practice track. One of the people topped out. But guess what, Rodney with his gleaming smile help this person and make them enjoy and have a memorable experience. The snow was groomed. There was fresh pow. The views were absolutely gorgeous. But what made it even better was Rodney. Can highly recommend this memorable Alaskan experience.

I had an accident and the guide left us behind, - I had an accident and the guide left us behind, so I was several minutes under the snowmobile machine. After the accident, they did not offer any help, support, information of what hospital attend or first aids. I found this very irresponsible from them.

Accident - This girl contacted me to share my experience. First, I want to say this was not the only accident that day. This is my experience: I stayed behind to take a picture and saw her trapped under the snowmobile. She was in severe pain for several minutes before I reached her. I'm glad I could help, but told me she still can't walk properly because she was under the machine for too long. The guide wasn't around and only arrived after I had already assisted her. I hope she recovers soon.

Terrible - Terrible trip, poor staff attitude. We spent money but didn’t have a fun. And the tour on their own website is cheaper than Viator.
