Kruja Bazaar - Known as one of the oldest bazaars in Albania, the Kruja Bazaar dates back over 400 years. It was the birthplace of free trade among the city’s prominent merchants, where traders first began officially exchanging various goods.

Shkoder - Located in Northwestern Albania, Shkoder is both a city and municipality, serving as the center of its namesake district. It is one of Albania’s oldest cities, boasting a millennia-long history.

Rozafa Castle - Situated near Shkodër in northwestern Albania, Rozafa Castle stands on a rocky hill 130 meters above sea level, flanked by the Buna and Drin rivers.

Shkodra Lake - Lake Shkodër, located in the western Balkans, offers an hour of stand-up paddling through its lily pad-covered waters.

Theth - At the end of the day, your guide will drive you to Theth, where you’ll spend the night at a local guest house.

Theth - Durres

Grunasi Waterfall - Located within the National Park of Thethi, Grunas Waterfall is a scenic spot with crystal-clear waters cascading from over 30 meters high, easily accessible by foot from the village.

Blue Eye of Theth - Nestled in a valley among the Albanian Alps, the Blue Eye in Theth is a stunning waterfall known for its vibrant, yet deceptively cold, waters.

Durres - After an exhilarating day in Theth, your guide will drive you to Durres for your second night, where you can enjoy a seaside dinner.

Durres - Berat

Berat Castle - Also known as the Citadel of Berat, this fortress overlooks the town and dates mainly from the 13th century. It features numerous Byzantine churches and Ottoman mosques.

Berat - As the ninth most populous city in Albania, Berat is the seat of Berat County and Municipality. On your return from Bogova, you’ll stop at a local wine canteen for a wine tasting experience featuring regional wines.

Bogove Waterfall - Rising 20 meters above its aquamarine pool, the Bogova Waterfall is a pristine spot perfect for connecting with nature.

Berat - Gjirokaster - Sarande - Himare

Gjirokaster - After leaving Berat, your guide will drive you to Gjirokaster, known as the Stone City of Albania, rich in historical and cultural sites.

Gjirokaster Castle - One of the largest castles in the Balkans, Gjirokastra Castle sits atop a hill overlooking the city. It has been inhabited since the 4th-5th century, according to archaeologists. You can also visit the National Arms Museum within the fortress.

Gjirokastra Bazaar - Known locally as “Qafa e Pazarit,” the Old Bazaar in Gjirokastra forms the heart of the Old Town. Although much of it was destroyed by fire in the late 19th century, its history dates back to the 17th century.

Agios Saranda - After Gjirokaster, you’ll head to Sarande, stopping to visit the Blue Eye of Saranda, one of Albania’s natural wonders.

The Blue Eye - Located in the village of Muzinë in southern Albania, the “Blue Eye” is a water spring and natural phenomenon. Its clear blue waters are visible from depths of over fifty meters, though the actual depth remains unknown.

Himare - Upon arriving in Saranda, you’ll enjoy a seaside lunch before heading to Himare on the Albanian Riviera. Along the way, you’ll visit Porto Palermo Castle and, if conditions permit, spend an hour at Porto Palermo Beach. You’ll then reach your accommodation in Himare, where you can explore the nightlife or nearby towns.

Porto Palermo Castle - Situated in the bay of Porto Palermo, a few kilometers south of Himarë, this castle was ranked first among 15 Undiscovered European Destinations for 2014 by the Huffington Post.

Himare - Dhermi - Apollonia - Tirane

Dhermi - Your final day begins with a drive to the coastal village of Dhermi, where you can spend up to two hours at the beach.

Apollonia Archaeological Park - After Dhermi, you’ll head to the ancient city of Apollonia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site founded in the 6th century BC by Greek colonists from Corfu and Corinth.
