Distillery tours last approximately 45 minutes and include a Husk Botanic & Tonic on arrival, a guided tasting of Ink Gin, an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery before finishing with a rum tasting flight in the Barrel House.
Book a tour during the week and you may see the production team in action - fermenting, distilling and crushing sugar cane during the harvest season (August-October), and bottling Ink Gin all year round.
Our Daily Distillery Tour includes the equivalent of approximately 2 standard drinks. Drivers can exchange the welcome drink for a non-alcoholic mocktail or coffee. See the schedule below for availability.

Best tour at a distillery - This was one of the best tours I have done of a distillery for a long time. I need to mention Mark our tour guide who was funny and very informative. The tastings were value for money, $49. You get an introduction drink, 3 gin tastings. Then, at the end of the tour, a further 4 Rum tastings.
May I say you will be blown away with Hush products. Even if you are not a Rum drinker you will be surprised. Totally an amazing experience. I will be back.

Husk Distillery tour - a worthwhile experience - We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and were especially impressed by the depth of knowledge our guide, Jeremy had of Husk. Jeremy is an absolute asset to Husk. His warmth, friendliness and passion oozed (not to mention his cheeky sense of humour). Loved the welcome drink and sampling as part of the tour. I will be recommending this experience to friends. Absolutely worth a drive on a weekend or a weekday off.

Fabulous day - Fabulous knowledgeable guide Jeremy. Informative, witty and passionate about this amazing place.

Husk is a Must - informative, fun and yummy, the team at Husk made our visit. Great long lunch to finish our day over cocktails and great home cooked dishes.

Great experience! - This was such a great experience! The tasting and tour was great, mark made it really enjoyable and fun! We stayed for cocktails and food afterwards and everything was amazing including the views!

Ticks all the boxes - After watching an episode of Field Trip with Curtis Stone, we could not wait to visit this beautiful Distillery. The tour was informative and entertaining as well as sampling Husk’s amazing Gins and Rums.
Would highly recommend anyone travelling to this beautiful part of Australia to call in and experience for yourself, how one man’s passion and determination fired an extraordinary business.
After the tour we enjoyed the 2 course long lunch on the terrace, which was delicious, with very generous servings.
Definitely worth the visit!

A fantastic day out! - Such a fantastic day! A wonderful tour tasting the fabulous rums and gins and the food was absolutely 5 star. The best food I’ve had in ages. Can’t wait to return.

Great tour - We had a lovely afternoon at Husk Distillery as part of our Adventure All Stars TV reunion.
Mark was a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, great tour and tastings!!

Rip Off - Upon arrival on a sunny afternoon we noticed that the venue was quite busy so thought this must be a really poplar place. The buildings and surroundings were very interesting and the animals there were entertaining for the two grandchildren. The food menu was entitled “We’ll fend you”. And was comprised of prawns, lamb and chicken along with salted at $65 per person totalling $260 for 4 people (excluding drinks) . We received the prawns (8 with salad) the lamb (not sufficient for 4 adults) and. The chicken which consisted of 2 breast and 2 legs. No where near enough food, so was very unsatisfied. I mean 2 prawns per person and not even a full chicken. I asked if we would be receiving any more food for our $260 but was told no, that’s all. Would go again but take a packed lunch.
