A must visit in Vancouver! - Absolutely spectacular! Capilano suspension bridge park blew me away, we visited on a rainy/misty morning which added to the atmosphere. Was not expecting the addition of Halloween decorations and music! Being from the southern hemisphere this was very special to see, a real novelty! So many beautiful walkways, and areas to explore. The addition of the cafe below the treetop walk was a welcome surprise to shelter from the rain and warm up with a sweet treat. Well worth a visit.

The bridge and trails... - The bridge and trails totally exceeded my expectations. The Canyon lights were beautiful, even during daylight. I hadn't expected so many paths or all the features and signs with information about the canyon wildlife and plants along the way. The kids activities were great.

Spectacular views! - This place is spectacular! Worth the hour long drive it took us to get here from our airport hotel. The bridge is a marvel and there are so many fun trails and photo ops around the park. We even saw a bald eagle perched on a tree. The services are wonderful as well, plenty of clean restrooms, food options and great shopping. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Our Ignored Gem - I have lived in Vancouver British Columbia for over 40 years and never visited the Capilano Suspension Bridge... What a Mistake! Went last week and have been back again since. While a tad expensive for a single visit, the operators have turned it into much more than the bridge - there are boardwalks, a spectacular treetop walk and a Cliff-hung catwalk plus assorted restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend it, especially to locals, who, like me have ignored it for years.

Good Time! - We had a great time. It was really beautiful with all of the lights. We were able to take the shuttle there and back. The location had places to eat, washrooms, and a gift shop. Would definitely recommend to go if uou have a chance.

Worth a visit for one time - A bit expensive ticket, beautiful scenery with light festival. I’d rather have someone to take pictures from me so if traveling solo yoh might not have good pics for yourself

Beautiful Park, Frustrating Lack of Organization - We went to the park during the Canyon Lights event, which coincided with the Taylor Swift event the park added during her concert week. The event was sold out for the hours we were there, and it felt like way too many people were there overall. There were long lines for everything -- concessions, photo ops, entry to bridges. In many areas there was barely room to walk and we felt like we were constantly bumping into people. There was also a major issue with the free shuttle service they heavily advertised. We waited at the Hyatt pickup location for over an hour before abandoning the line to take an uber as our ticket reservation time had passed. Only one bus arrived in that entire span (there should have been 4) and only 5 people were able to fit. We later learned the buses were filling up at their first pickup point and not even stopping at our location. Very poorly organized. There should have been shuttles dispatched to each location. We ended up having a similar experience on the way back and after waiting 30 minutes, not a single bus arrived. So we ended up having to take an uber back as well. These tickets were very pricey and we didn't anticipate spending another $40 on transportation, when free shuttles were advertised. The park itself was impressive and the lights and displays were beautiful. But the overcrowded experience and lackluster shuttle service would leave me hesitant to return, at least during a seasonal event.

Ripoff - The crows have come home to roost for these con artists!! I had to bite down real hard and pay the 20 dollars to visit this bridge back in 2008. I was horribly disappointed, not because it was all that bad, but moreso because I had accessed similar bridges in Asia for 50c . Well imagine in 2011 when I had friends visit Vancouver , and I found out the price had shot up to 30 dollars. I was discusted because even then Vancouver was starting to fall behind the rest of the world when it came to wages. Well fast forward another decade to 2023, and wages in Vancouver have stagnated even worse, and people in San Francisco earn triple the salary of Vancouver. And Seattle, more than double. At this point the Capalano Suspension Bridge has become like Whistler, and is for foreigners only. No local person can afford to go. With the average salary in 2022 only being 3900 a month after tax, these criminals have the audacity to charge a family of 4 over 300 dollars to walk across a bridge. I guess they have since lowered the prices slightly. Lol.. Hope they don't make their projections on increasing their profits. .
