Very helpful - María José was an extremely knowledgeable and kind guide. I’m an amputee but she drove me as close to the sites as possible. She speaks perfect English but she kindly agree to speak in Portugués slowly so that my son could learn. A great experience.

Personable tour - It was a wonderful trip, just myself and one other Portuguese gal were on this tour together. He spoke to both of us in English and Portuguese, and it was a nice three hours, sightseeing in Brasília. One thing to note is that Mondays, most of the museums and even the Cathy Chung are closed, so just know that you will be sending exterior only, but that’s not his fault… Anyway Delphine was a great tour guide, and very personable, and I enjoyed myself very much

A great tour of Brasilia! - Delphino has been a tour guide for over 30 years, and he knows his stuff! Take a tour of the city with him--you will visit all the places you need to see to have an understanding of the architecture and history of Brasilia. The tour begins at the Santuario Dom Bosco, a must-see, and ends at the JK Memorial, a fascinating presidential archive. For travelers who know little to nothing about Brasilia, this tour provides a great overview.

Good way to discover Brasilia in a couple of hours - The driver and the guide were 30-minute late for the pickup but after contacting the company, they confirmed they’d be on their way. I wish they would have notified me about the delay.
Other than that the rest of the tour was nice. The guide provided some great info about the city and we saw most of the the iconic buildings and areas in the city.

It was good value for USD$30 but maybe not for USD$60 - I booked through Viator and VIP service club for USD$60. My colleagues got a recommendation through hotel concierge for USD$30. We were on the same tour. I was told on Viator to meet bus at another hotel. They came 25 min late and we walked together back to my hotel, where bus was parked. Turns out they picked up people at six hotels so ended up with fairly full bus of strangers. The bus was warm. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable re his script and naming other buildings but didn't always understand questions asked in English. Visited major sites in Brasilia. It was definitely good value for USD$30 but maybe not for USD$60.

Okay… - The tour guide is nice but he just learnt English 3 months. He’s like a Uber driver, couldn’t give any introduction… So sorry I do not recommend to waste this money…

Decent introduction to major landmarks - This tour gave us a decent introduction to some of the major architectural sites in Brasilia. Although the posting says water is provided, we received none, so bring your own. The tour is posted as being presented in English, but if our experience is any indication, it is multilingual and depends on the makeup of the group. In our case we were two English speakers out of a group of ten, so the majority of the information was given in Portuguese with shorter asides to us in English. The English of our guide was excellent. We were given ample time to walk around the national cathedral, three powers plaza, and other stops. We didn’t receive some information that would have seemed obviously of interest, that we read about later on our own. For example, at the Santuario Dom Bosco, we learned about construction details, but nothing about the interesting story behind how Dom Bosco’s dream led him to be considered a patron Saint of Brasilia although never having set foot in Brazil. Read about the major landmarks before going on this tour so you know some of the history, and can ask questions.

Disaster - I was 15 mins early for the scheduled tour, which I had booked earlier that morning, and after confirming with the hotel reception that I was at the correct address, I waited outside for the tour. I kept waiting until it was past the time for the tour to leave at which point I tried calling the provided number in the reservation, it would not connect so the receptionist at the hotel also tried and got a number not in service message. After waiting further, I live chatted with the viator customer service agent, who was also not able to get through. After waiting a full hour from the time I arrived, I requested a refund. This is still pending. Overall this was disappointing and cost me not only an hour of sightseeing time, but also money, some of which I will hopefully get back, however the taxi fees to the pickup point are lost.

Do not take this tour. - I had a terrible experience on my tour. For starters that trip bus was not up to par, we had to ask the driver to blast the air conditioning even though it was a 90f/35c degree weather. The tour guide would NOT explain to us any of the monuments, and he stayed on the bus as we took photos quickly. The driver tried to make us walk home from one of the tour sights. And even tried ending the tour far earlier than the allotted time. Lastly there NO water included but the driver invited us to purchase it ourselves.
