BRAZILIA GETAWAY. A TIME TRAVEL - Small picturesque town, surrounded by greenery. Many restaurants and shops in houses in the historic center, with very good attention.
Many visitors but don't feel suffocated.
2 hours drive from Brasilia.

A charm!! - Pirenópolis is 63km from Anápolis/GO. We went and came back the same day. We walk in the streets that are charming and well bustled. There's a fair. Dinner at the Chico de Sá restaurant. The food was good. For those who like it, during the day there are several walks with waterfalls etc. It is worth going.

Great Day Trip from Brasilia - Alberto was a fantastic guide. His English was great and he even personalized the tour based on our interests. This was our only chance to visit a colonial town in Brazil. Easy day trip from Brasilia. Highly recommend

Wonderful place! - I didn't know it yet, I was "wasting time". Wonderful place! City divided between the "old city" where everything happens and the more modern city, where the locals actually live. There are NUMEROUS options of hotels, inns, restaurants, snack bars, bars, ice cream shops, waterfall trails, etc. For all tastes and budgets. It's really worth visiting, for at least 4 days.

I liked!! - I really liked Alberto's service. Pirenópolis has a lot of history to tell, but it lacks museums focused on telling this story. Corumbá Waterfall is a must-see. I recommend!

A crowded, tumultuous and gourmet city - City crowded on weekends. Traffic packed, no place to park, restaurants all gourmet (more than the same that you see everywhere), you can no longer find the typical home food goian as in the times of "Padre Rosa" and "As Flor". Unfortunately Pirenopolis has turned into those crowded and uncomfortable points of fashion.

City where you sleep hungry - Inner town to the extreme, if you are hungry in the morning, you will sleep hungry, pq there is no trade that sells food in this city in the morning:
