100% recommend the team and experience. - Fantastic from beginning to the end. The ground crew were awesome - our pilot was just the best !!!! The stories were great and the ease of explanations were great in understanding the process.

Best View, Best Crew - First time hot air balloon experience and it did not disappoint. The view when you get to the top is just serene and majestique. Our pilot Dean was good and best humour. He made us feel safe, enjoy the experience and good laughs! Thank you to Stacey and Shane as well for sharing different information about hot air ballooning and for the hardwork! Definitely doing it again and would recommend the crew and Windward ballooning.

Avon sky adventure - We totally lucked in with the weather, had an amazing day with light winds and clear skies. Captain Dean and the crew are very professional which made everything go like clockwork, and must mention Dean's dry humor and explanations of what he was doing as we sailed through the sky as part of the fantastic experience.

Go on, you won’t regret it! - This was on my husband’s bucket list, not mine. I have a fear of heights, don’t enjoy plane travel and didn’t want to drive to Northam at the crack of dawn. But it was A M A Z I N G. I loved every moment of this experience from getting the balloon ready, to the oh so gentle lift off, to gliding over the trees and into the sky in one smooth movement. There was no turbulence, no engines and no stress. Just beautiful views in every direction and the reassuring and often humorous pilot commentary which kept any fears at bay. Would I do it again? In a heatbeat. Do I recommend it? 100%

32nd Anniversary Highlight - Something we always wanted to do. So why not on our 32nd wedding anniversary. Beat that if you can next year Stuart lol. Dean & crew were fantastic. Perfect landing but Dean's screaming made us all laugh. Dean you should be on the stage soo funny. Helping unload & re-load the balloon was all part of the experience. Congratulations to the young man who proposed to his girlfriend & thanks for letting us share your special moment. ( She said YES ) Some had breakfast @ Dome in Northern after & it hit the spot. Thank again from Veronica & Stuart 10/10

A magical experience - From start to finish the whole experience was well organised and professional. We felt very confident in Dean our pilot who explained what was happening and why throughout the morning. It was a magical experience which we would highly recommend.

Coudnt have been better!! - Fantastic! But bloody freezing! Dean was a great leader. Had us laughing with his Witt. He made us all relax. Not happy though with no champagne…part of the deal!!

Not just a ballon ride - Viktor is an incredible pilot and made the whole flight so enjoyable. My husband and I recommend flying with Windward for your next adventure. We loved the hands on experience and will be taking another flight with Windward for sure. Being part of the pack down gives an extra dimension to the experience that I will cherish. Although we will receive a refund for the cancellation of breakfast we are disappointed that no alternative arrangements were made for the cafe’s supply issues rather than just canceling. This in no way reflects on how incredible the morning was. Just spectacular.
