Cushendun (from Irish: Cois Abhann Doinne, meaning ‘foot of the River Dun’) is a small coastal village in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The Cushendun Caves were one of several Game of Thrones filming locations in Northern Ireland – they were used for the backdrop of the Stormlands. The caves were the setting for one of the most iconic scenes from season two of the series. It’s where Melisandre gave birth to the Shadow Assassin.

• Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge - CARRICK-A-REDE ROPE BRIDGE. is situated near the charming village of Ballintoy. Those that wish to cross the bridge can do, Those that do not wish to cross the bridge, can use the time to take an enjoyable coastal walk or visit the charming tea-rooms on the site.

• Ballintoy Harbour - Visit one of the biggest Game of Thrones filming locations, as well as being a hidden gem of a place, idyllic, hidden away from the world, like a lost time capsule, just relax and enjoy the serenity of the area.

• Giant’s Causeway - GIANT’S CAUSEWAY. Stop at the Giant’s Causeway. Explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site with ample time for discovery. Continue to the Giant’s Causeway to enjoy around 1 hour exploring the 50,000 interlocking hexagonal stone columns on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The Causeway consists of 50,000 hexagonal basalt columns formed during a volcanic eruption 60 million years ago.

• Dunluce Castle - DUNLUCE CASTLE. We arrive at one of the most dramatic castle ruins in the world, prepare to be amazed at the way this old castle hangs over the edge of the cliffs. Part of the Dunluce Castle fell into the sea in the 1600’s, and some servants died in the tragedy. Since that time, it is believed to be haunted by the unfortunate servants.
