The tour lasts up to 4 hours, covering the best part of the night to view the Aurora. The timing of the tour varies throughout the winter, depending on the sunset. The guide will contact you to arrange the best pickup time for the day. If the tour needs to be canceled or rescheduled, you will be informed prior to the pickup.

• The probability of seeing the Northern lights can vary and their visibility is dependent on cloud coverage and other weather factors. We always try our best to only go out if the same-day forecast predicts good visibility
• Since forecasts are never a 100% guarantee and only a prediction, it can happen the Northern lights will not show. In this case there is no refund, but be assured if we do not think there is a good chance to view the Northern Lights, we will reschedule the tour for a better day.
