Dinner under the stars - just fantastic - The sunset at Ayers Rock is insanely beautiful, the dinner afterwards right at the foot of the rock really recommended. We sat at a nicely laid table of 10 with people from all over the world. There was beef, chicken and kangaroo. But for vegetarians there was also delicious food. The starry sky there is madness, you can even see other galaxies with the naked eye.

Stars stars and more stars! - This was a highlight of our wonderful trip to Uluru! What a wonderful way to enjoy a meal under the stars with an interesting group of people, culminating with the most stars I've ever seen. Wonderful and highly recommended!

Wonderful evening! - We started with watching the sun go down over Uluru with champagne and snacks, very nice! We then went to a private area at the base of the rock and ate at round tables with nice people and had a delicious meal cooked on the barbecue. The culmination was a talk about the stars above. It was a beautiful starry night so we lucked out! Great tour!

Loved it. - What an amazing experience this was. We were driven to an area plied with drinks and snacks to watch the breathtaking sunset from a great viewpoint. It was not overly crowded so you could get decent uninterrupted views and take some great photos. We were then driven to an area so close to the rock for a bbq cooked to your liking with plenty of choice after which we were treated to a star gazing talk. Absolutely worth every penny. The staff were so amazing and made sure you had everything you needed. One of the highlights of our Australian trip.

Perfect Sunset tour - The beauty of the different colors on the rock during sunset was amazing. The appetizers were wonderful. The driver Ebony was sweet and knowledgeable and the barbecue dinner with Star Talk was very giod very educational.

Tour was just a sight see... - Tour was just a sight see of rock, barbecue and star talk. Very expensive. Expected more info on rock. Food was very nice. Laminations with a sauce and cream for dessert, yum. Had a great table of people to share dinner with. Staff were very friendly.

Sunrise experience was better - Iconic view of Uluru at sunset - however, too many people, an irritating driver/tour guide (limited knowledge, thought he was a comedy act). Fizz & nibbles were OK, BBQ cancelled. Better option is the Sunrise & Field of Light.

Read before you book - Picked up at Sails. Bus was 42°C(107°F) inside and we sat for 20+ mins picking up people at the Outback Hotel before even starting the drive. AC was clearly broken but driver was rude and short when people asked about it with fair questions. Bus ‘cooled’ to 38°C which was a joke. We were stuck on it for about 40 mins and it was terrible. I get hot weather and hot cars(have lived in the desert) but this was not ok. Especially for the price point of the tour. Company blamed it on the weather but the other busses of the same size from the same company weren’t insanely hot. Arrived at sunset stop. The snacks were salami/cheese cubes and some chips & crackers. Underwhelming but edible. Busses actually block the sunset but it is a nice view of Uluru. Just felt very commercial. BBQ was fine. The flowing wine helped but the food was decent. Staff was great and the cranky driver got a tiny bit better. Star talk would have been better but we hit a cloudy night (just Mother Nature so wasn’t disappointed by this). I’d skip this overpriced tour and probably anything from this tour company. Go for the small group tours instead.
