Highlights
  • Anusarn Villa - Welcome! My name is “ARM” (Nitipong M.). Since 2013, I have been offering Small House Cooking Classes.

I received professional training from a culinary school and a hotel in Chiangmai.

The day begins with a hotel pick-up between 9:00 AM and 9:15 AM, followed by a visit to a local Thai fresh market featuring vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, meat, rice, and more.

Having grown up in Chiangmai, I am delighted to guide you through the local market and teach you how to select seasonal Thai fruits such as mango, papaya, rambutan, mangosteen, lychee, longan, and more.

Additionally, I will introduce you to a herb garden at my house, showcasing essential Thai kitchen herbs like lemongrass, Kaffir lime, sweet basil, holy basil, and others.

You will prepare all the ingredients yourself and have your own cooking station. I will assist you at every step and explain the background of each dish.

I teach in small groups of no more than four people to ensure everyone has the best cooking experience. We will cook authentic Thai food using recipes from my culinary school, hotel kitchen experiences, and my mother, who excels in Northern Thai cuisine.

We will return to the hotel around 2:00 PM.

Great experience! - Great cooking class in small committee (we were only us 4) with local market with Arm before cooking at his place. He explains very well, is very kind and attentive. We cooked 7 typical dishes, all delicious and easy to make again. Cookbook at the end delivered. We highly recommend!
