Guests will travel between the Glacier River Jökulsá á Fjöllum and a large lake formed by eruptions during this time. This river feeds the Dettifoss waterfall and other nearby waterfalls. At the river’s mouth, where it meets the sea, visitors can observe numerous seals that inhabit the river during the summer months. The guide will provide a telescope for a closer look.
