The key and the final puzzle were accessible from the second we got into the second room in "The Last Resort." We were told to put both items back and eventually got access to them again by completing the puzzles, but it was still jarring to have the final pieces of the escape room out. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Probably the worst escape room experience we've ever had. Room needs refreshing; some clues are worn down and hard to interpret as a result. Game master was not paying attention. Didn't seem to have any idea what we were doing and provided irrelevant or mistimed clues. Having the clock conceal a clue is unfair, since players are not supposed to manipulate items that are nailed down.

We were greeted very coldly and the kid working just turned on a video and walked away. He then led us into the room, told us another video would play, and left. We did not get any positive or fun energy from him to kick off the experience. Then throughout our visit we (and the staff member) discovered that the room had not been reset correctly and some of the clues were incorrectly placed. Also many items were dusty, dirty, and/or broken. It seems like this place needs a refresh in many ways, including advising staff on how to run the place and the basics of customer service. The escape room puzzles were a bit too simple and despite having missing clues, we still escaped... Not the best experience for a group who have done many escape rooms.
