The Call of the Rapids

As an adrenaline junkie with a penchant for extreme sports, the idea of tackling the Menominee River’s rapids in Norway was irresistible. The promise of navigating through powerful class one to four rapids, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Piers Gorge, was enough to get my heart racing. I gathered my crew of thrill-seekers, and we set off for what promised to be an unforgettable adventure.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the team at True North Outpost, who immediately put us at ease with their professionalism and enthusiasm. Safety was clearly their top priority, and they ensured we were well-prepared for the journey ahead. Our guide, Ali, was a true MVP, exuding confidence and a fun personality that was infectious. As we suited up in our safety gear, the anticipation was palpable. We were ready to unleash our inner adventurers and conquer the exhilarating waves.
