If your pickup is at the airport, please provide the aircraft name and flight number. Our Meet & Greet service allows us to monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time if necessary. Furthermore, after your flight lands, our driver will wait for 60 minutes to ensure you have ample time to clear security, collect your luggage, and proceed to the arrivals area to meet your driver.

If your flight is changed or canceled, it is crucial to inform us of your new arrival time so we can be there when you arrive. Should the aircraft’s arrival date and time change, it is your responsibility to update us with this new information, including the flight number and arrival time.

On the day of travel, our driver will be at the airport holding a sign with the group’s name, making it easier to meet and take you directly to your hotel. Our driver will have all the details of your transfer.

Regarding departure and return information, travelers are picked up at the airport in Liberia, Guanacaste, and transported to the destination hotel.
