Snowshoe Description:
Experience a guided 5.0km (2.5-3.0hrs) snowshoe trek atop the Niagara Escarpment, leading you through a serene, mature, primarily deciduous forest en route to and from the magnificent Singhampton Caves.
The caves are less frequented in winter and are easier to navigate as the snow levels the ground. The contrast between the snow, caves, and the sparkling ice-covered walls is breathtaking. The caves are open to the sky, accommodating those who may feel uneasy in confined spaces.
After exploring the caves, enjoy a hot chocolate before returning to the starting point.
What to bring:
Water and snacks, suitable boots, and clothing appropriate for the weather forecast.
