Tailored, professional, fascinating tour - My tour guide, Srdjan, tailored my tour based on my interests. His breadth of knowledge of Novi Sad, Serbian, Balkans and overall European history was astoundingly fantastic! I saw so much and learned so much more than I could have wandering around alone including random fun facts and sites like the unassuming, barely noticeable cannon ball imbedded on the outside of a building. He was highly professional, polite, considerate; his English is perfect which is great because I speak no Serbian and few people speak English in Novi Sad. I highly recommend his tour services!

Too bad - Unfortunately not a good experience. We were there overtime and tried to find another guide. Our guide Marko F. was shown to us by the other guides, but he actively avoided meeting us. We then saw him lead a group away from the synagogue. After 15 minutes after the agreed time, we tried unsuccessfully to contact him. After that we dialed the number of the organizer. A short time later we were contacted by a member of staff who told us that the guide would be late due to a medical emergency. The tour then started about 1 hour later. It may be that the guide was double booked and even emergencies can happen, but the least would have been to inform us. We then walked around in the greatest midday heat and tried to quell our anger. The tour was then also shorter than stated with our agreement. If we hadn't been on the phone, nothing would have happened and we would have had to deal with getting the money refunded. Too bad actually, the city is beautiful and we have seen interesting things.
