Nostalgic - Best Family oriented spa in Thamel . My children enjoyed a lot in Jacuzzi and they did back massage for 30 mins and took shower . I did shenaz facial only next time I will come to do the special couple package with my husband .

Best Spa Experience in Kathmandu - Real Therapy in Thamel - I recently visited Real Therapy in Thamel, and it was hands down the best spa experience I’ve had in Kathmandu. The spa offers a variety of services, including massage, sauna, steam, and jacuzzi—all set in a relaxing and well-maintained environment.
I opted for the 90-minute full body massage, and it was absolutely fantastic! The therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and really focused on the areas that needed extra care. The atmosphere was calming, and I appreciated how professional and loyal the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.

Divine and excellent services. Must Recommended - My experience at the real therapy & beauty point was absolutely divine. The moment I stepped in, I was enveloped by a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The skilled therapists provided a soothing ambiance with their expert touch, relieving stress and tension. Not to mention, the sauna and jacuzzi, with its warmth and tranquility, was the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate both mind and body. I would highly recommend these services for anyone seeking a pampering and restorative experience. The staffs are friendly, polite and helpful as well. Must recommended for ladies who are looking for seperate female only sauna, jacuzzi and massage.

Excellent experience - My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa. The establishment was exceptionally clean and modern, which immediately set a relaxing tone. The value for money was fantastic, and we felt that every penny was well spent.
