Additional Information:

• Book 3-4 hours before your departure time for airport transfers.
• Ensure you book enough vehicles for your party. Overcapacity may result in booking rejection without a refund.
• No child seats are provided.
• Each booking is for a one-way transfer between Narita Airport and Tokyo city. A separate booking is needed for a return trip.
• Drivers speak basic English. Online staff fluent in English are available via the contact number on the voucher.

How To Use:

• Present either a printed or mobile voucher for this activity.
• The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time.

Pick Up Information:

• For arrivals, the driver can pick you up at T1, T2, T3 exit lobbies, or a designated airport location. Contact the driver or local operator upon landing. Look for the driver holding a placard.
• For departures, the driver will pick you up at the address provided in your order information.
• Keep your phone on and available for contact by the local operator.

Surcharges:

• Overtime charges will be confirmed in advance. Book the surcharge package directly on Klook.

Arrival:

• The driver will wait up to 90 minutes. After that, an overtime charge of JPY3500 per hour applies.
• For flight delays within 2 hours, the driver will wait up to 120 minutes without surcharge.
• For delays over 2 hours due to weather, you may cancel with a full refund or pay JPY3500 per hour to keep the driver waiting.

Departure:

• The driver will wait up to 30 minutes. After that, an overtime charge of JPY3500 per hour applies.

Excess Kilometer Fee:

• JPY200/km for locations beyond Tokyo 23 wards and at least 79 kilometers from NRT airport.
• Note: This surcharge does not apply to locations near Mount Fuji, Hakone, and Karuizawa areas.
