Awesome Experience - Amazing place to see. Great Food and don't miss the Rythems of the Night show. Awesome place to take picrures and the catamaran ride is really nice, we even saw dolphins. Margarita Gomez in the buffet line was really helpful and super nice.

Las Caletas with Vallarta Adventures - Las Caletas Hideaway with Vallarta Adventures was an amazing day out. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They are all totally focused on making sure you have a good experience. The boat trip to Las Caletas was lovely. The time at the beach Hideaway was relaxing, so many activities included. I tried paddleboarding, my partner went scubadiving. The buffet lunch was excellent. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable day excursion and well worth the cost. Thank you.

Wonderful beach day! - This place was amazing! Very nice boat ride to the beach, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous! We really loved swimming there. The staff on both the beach and the boat were very attentive, we don’t often do trips like this more than once but we will likely be back at our next visit. Highly recommend!

Great times - We did this same activity last time we were in PV, so right there you know we must’ve liked it then. Well… it is even better! From the facility to the food to the entertainment on the return trip to PV, it showed improvements in all aspects.
I highly recommend this, unless you have mobility issues.

Perfect island getaway! - We loved our day on the island! We did snorkeling and kayaking. Read a book in the hammock for hours. Enjoyed seeing the flamingoes, parrots, monkey and hawk. The food was really good. We saw a whale on the boat ride to the island. The staff were incredibly kind. Definitely would book this trip again.

Fun Times at Las caletas with vallarta adventures ✨️ 💖 - Omg! Omg ! Omg!!!!!!
What a fabulous day at Las caletas Beach at boat #4 with the amazing and fun-loving team who took care of us. The hospitality was insane, the team is rocking!!! Amazing views with fun packed activities along with delicious food, together makes your trip memorable. The team full of energy, kind , caring and full of humor. Their hard work , dedication and love towards their work and the guests were totally fantabulous and can't go unnoticed. I enjoyed and totally loved it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Glad the island was booked during our PV vacation - My friend booked this trip for 23 people along with swimming with the dolphins the day before. We enjoyed the boat ride to the island and once we got there it was amazing however there isn't enough time on the island to do more than 2 things especially since you must turn in your locker keys/snorkeling gear by 130 but don't leave the island until 315ish. The staff on boat 5 was great and they put on a fun show on the way back to town eventhough it was raining.

NOT for kids under 4 and bring bug spray. - This is NOT suitable for children under 4 unless you just want to sit on the beach. There are a million stairs and uneven stone paths that are difficult to navigate, not appropriate for a stroller. The pounding music to and from Las Caletas was really loud, my little one had her ears covered the while time. My 7 year old had a great time doing the kids program. and this is a really beautiful place. The tour says 7 hours but we left at nearly 9 am, got to the island by 10 and had to be back on the boat at 2:15. This is NOT ENOUGH time to do any thing else but the one kids program. Lunch was at 1:30, it was pretty good. It is really expensive for the short time you are there. I was overall disappointed. Wouldnt spend the 525$ cdn to do it again. BRING BUG SPRAY! The staff on the iskland were really great!

Poor customer care - Unfortunately an employee of Vallarta adventures told us both the wrong time and place to check in. She was unapologetic and took no responsibility. We spent $58 US dollars on cabfare and Vallarta adventures refused to refund this. The prior day we did a swim with a dolphin through Vallarta adventures and they would not allow us to take pictures. The company took pictures but charged $340 US dollars for full photo package.
