Fantastic day of delicious food, drink, scenery and history! - This was even better than I had hoped. All of the stops had us tasting and experiencing pieces of the local culture we wouldn’t have been able to do otherwise. The tour guide was very informative, the driver was fantastic, and the whole day was full of fun. The “cooking lesson” at the end was different than I anticipated, but wonderful nonetheless. (It was basically the entire group together making pieces of the meal to contribute. I thought maybe it’d be each family preparing our own meals- but this was no less wonderful.) The scenery at the lunch was breathtaking.

A beautiful cultural experience - Our guides Julio and Sophia made this trip very fun and informative. We learned so much about Mexican culture and history. The stops were interesting with no pressure to purchase (although we did!) and the prices were very reasonable. The final stop and meal was a wonderful chance to sit down with our fellow travellers and get to know them. Condider this excursion if you want a physically easy, interesting and social outing that expands your Mexico experience. Thank you Julio and Sophia!

Wonderful history, delectable flavors and lovely locals - My family and I love Puerto Vallarta and today was another amazing and memorable tour and family experience. We usually book an outdoor adventure through Vallarta Adventure like the zipline (which is phenomenal) but this time we decided to try something different with our older children. Our guide was Alexa who was a pure joy!! She represented every aspect we have come to love about the people of Puerto Vallarta. Hospitable, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and kind. We were treated like a welcomed family member on a neighborhood tour of the local culinary delights. Cocoa, honey and Masa (corn). We drove to locals artisan's who cultivate the chocolate, honey and masa to make the cultural foods we love. What is difference and unique about this tour is we learned the historical importance and relevance to the area of Vallarta. We were invited to learn and participate in this authentic experience!! Alexa and our driver, Julio made us feel like we were welcomed guests as we navigated our way to a beautiful farm where we made mole, salsa, and tortilla's for our lunch. Our chef, Anna made the rest of our delicious lunch; beef tacos, chicken with rice, mole and cornbread. I will definitely recommend this tour to our fellow cruise members as well as family and friends back home!! Bravo Vallarta Adventures for organizing such a lovely tour with local small businesses as well as hiring Alexa!!!! She is a gem!!!

Discovering Culture & Traditional Flavours - We had an incredible experience on the Pueblos Cultural Tour! The itinerary, which took us through charming small towns, was perfect. There are a few interesting stops one of which was visiting Planeta Cacao, where we got an immersive look into the world of cacao culture. We also had the chance to visit a little shop for honey and tortillas being made and tasting them fresh. The stops in the town centers were just the right length of time, allowing us to explore at a relaxed pace. Lunch at the Ranch was wonderful! Peaceful setting. Throughout the tour, our guide, Tavo, made us feel like part of the familia with his warmth and friendliness. Our driver was exceptional, navigating the bumpy unpaved roads with ease, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. This tour was a wonderful way to experience something different, offering a mix of culture, nature, and delicious food. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, enriching experience!

Best Ever Tour!! - This is one of the best tours I have ever taken! The itinerary was exceptional, but what really made the tour was our guide Tavo. He was warm, inviting, engaging and made everyone feel like a family. What he offered was so rich and educational about the areas, the culture and the food. He was a pleasure to spend time with. I cannot recommend this tour & this guide enough! When I’m back in the area, I would definitely do this again. Bravo Vallarta Adventures for adding Tavo to your team!

Pueblos Food Adventure! - My grandmother and I had an amazing time on this trip with Alexa as our tour guide and Julio as our driver. Alexa was amazingly charismatic and made us feel right at home as she told us stories about the history of the agriculture and gastronomy in the area. It was truly a wonderful experience and the food we made was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this trip to anyone with a love of food and history

Perfect cultural tour. Do not miss this one!! - Daniel/Danny and Fernando were excellent guides and hosts. Anita at the farm was a wonderful cook! We visited a chocolate farm, a tortilla making place, a honey store and did a cooking class at the farm where we learned to make salsa, mole and empanadas using fresh ingredients we picked up along the way. The guided tour along the way was just amazing, I cannot say enough about this tour. I highly recommend!

Enjoyable time experiencing Mexico and Mole - We thoroughly enjoyed the Pueblos tour with our guide Juan Carlos and driver Omar. Juan Carlos was very knowledgeable about all things Mexico. Ending the day by making the Mole and the rest of our meal was great. Would highly recommend this tour.

The best tour in PV - This one of the best tours I've been on. Our guide Rizo (Daniel) was fantastic, was great to see a slightly different side of the area and also to cook with him. Totally recommend this tour!
