Perfect experience for first time surfers - We are city girls with 0 experience in surfing (or other sports really), and we could not have asked for a better experience. Booking was easy through email and WhatsApp, as they were quick with responses and helping us anticipate what the day would look like. One day before the trip, Leo messaged us on WhatsApp to confirm our pick up details. Leo and Rubin picked us up at our hotel and we drove down to Playa Varadero. They had everything prepared for us including surf shirts/rash guards, hats, sunscreen, water and surfboards appropriate for our body weight. They even brought a GoPro and sent us videos of us surfing as well. Surfing instructions were thorough with demonstrations before and after entering the water, and feedback on our form/posture in ways that are easy for us to understand. Every time I fell off the board, they could pin point exactly what could help maintaining balance, and eventually I felt very comfortable catching the wave on my own with some guidance. Their English was perfect and I didn’t need to use my poor Duolingo Spanish skills. I would recommend anyone trying out or learning to surf to go with VSCO

Awesome experience - Ruben was fantastic. He was very patient and gave great instructions. I was able to catch so many waves. I tried surfing before and was about to give up on it because I hadn’t had much luck. Ruben really helped me though and I feel like I can surf now. I highly recommend this company.

Un día perfecto - Rubén picked me up at my hotel right on time and we hit it off right away. Very knowledgeable and personable, we had a great time in the water. The conditions were ideal for a beginner like me, and I was able to stand up right away. PVSC gave an unforettable experience!

BEST SURFING LESSONS!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - I had an AMAZING time learning how to surf with Puerto Vallarta Surf Co.! Our instructor, Leo, was an incredible teacher - super kind, patient, thorough, and great at giving instructions. I had so much fun and was able to ride some waves even after just one session! Leo truly went above and beyond as a teacher! He picked us up/dropped us off, and brought us to beautiful beaches with great waves. He set up tents so we have shades to take breaks in, brought us snacks, water, and rash guards, shared local spots for us to check out during our trip. This was the best first surfing experience I could ask for! I would recommend VSCO and Leo to everyone I know who wants to learn how to surf in Puerto Vallarta! 1000/10!

Best Puerto Vallarta Experience! - The best experience. All my kids 17 and 15 year old boys and 10 and 12 year old girls loved the lessons. Very great teachers, very flexible with us being a tad late from the cruise ship and great communication all around. Wear sunscreen and have a blast!

Awesome Time Suring with Leo & Crew - Thank you for a great time surfing by "Rocky Point". My sons and I had a blast and Leo and his crew were awesome and went out of their way to make sure that we had a good time. We look forward to doing it again on our next trip to PV!

The best surfing class I could have asked for - Surfing has been a dream for me ever since I was a child, and I can't imagine a better person to guide me to make it come true than Leo. He is a passionate teacher with tremendous patience. A huge plus is that the class includes transport, rashguards, water and delicious snacks. I booked another class two days later and Eduardo joined Leo, bringing even more good vibes. Thank you very much, VSCO team, you will be seeing me again soon!
