ATV - Excellent experience Tommy, Maximiliano and Andrea made a difference. We spent an afternoon in the razors and the waterfall. Definitely recommended.

Great adventure - Awesome! Tommy was our guide and was very knowledgeable of the plants and animals during the hike to the waterfall. You could get muddy!

Awesome thrills and fun experience - This might be our favorite excursion yet. From beginning to end this company and staff make sure you are having a great time. Tommy our guide was so friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Emiliano was so helpful with the ATV/UTVs and a great guide. Highly recommend for a fun, active adventure.

This didn’t suck - Friendly operators, a super fun ride to and from waterfall area, and a nice little mini-hike to the waterfall. A cool little village after the trip to wind down and have lunch. The only downsides on our tour were the rough hour and a half ride to the tour area offering a full spinal adjustment; and the fact that our ride back got a flat tire and we had to wait a while to get another ride. Honestly, they could have punched me in the face as a goodbye and they still would’ve received 5 stars, easily. Do this!

Steep hills and a thrill - This is no follow the leader and have a quiet ride experience. There is an easier ride there but bumpy, water here and there. If you have utv experience and still want to go fast-this is your tour. The ruts are huge and can fit a whole wheel so you are sideways and baha through the jungle. Awesome time! One of our favorite utv rides. Guides were awesome! Picked us up from hotel, hour ride because we were on the other side of the bay but conversational and great people! (Sammy and Emiliano?) **I would suggest light shoes or water shoes for the small hike to waterfall or change to sandals after wet.

Safe and fun! - This excursion has been my families favorite so far while in Puerto Vallarta! Our guide group consisted of; Tommy, Manuel, Emiliano, and Andrea. Our guides were informative, fun, easy-going, and matched our energy throughout! Safety and a fun/memorable experience was definitely their priority and wow did they deliver. The vehicles were a blast drive, and the waterfall was beautiful.

Misleading info on trip advisor - Their listing on trip advisor says for ages 0-99. We pre-booked and paid through trip advisor, got the family up at 6 AM to be there on time, paid $100 in taxi’s to get there and back, only to find out at checkin our daughter was to young as she was under the age of 8. They refused to refund us, even though I showed them their trip advisor listing, and would only offer a credit. Since we made the trip and couldn’t come back another day we elected to do the los caletas tour. Then they charged us an additional $158 on top of what we already paid for the UTV tour. Looking at my credit card statement they also did not refund me the $58 charges for the utv damage deposit. I’m sure they do a great job on the tour itself but they do a terrible job managing information they post and with customer service. I messaged them days ago regarding the age restriction on their trip advisor listing and they have not responded.
