Quick day trip to Nuremberg after Christmas visiting from the USA. - We visited after the Christmas holiday when the weather was super cold. We decided on this tour because it has the option to get off the bus at 6 predetermined locations in order to give us the option to explore what we wanted. The tour bus driver was super hospitable and the city was beautiful. We arrived by train and asked for information where the meet up location was, it was across the street as you left the Bahnhof a short 3-5 min walk. Once on the bus we bought headphones to listen to the tour guide on the internal communications system. It is offered in many different languages. The tour is 2 hours if you decide not to get off the bus at any point, we got off and visited a museum for a couple of hours, ate lunch and then returned to the bus to finish out the tour. It was a great time, great value and very informative. I highly recommend this for convenience and a great look at Nuremberg. Prost!

Fun outing in Nuremberg - Christkindlemardt and documentation center/Nazi rally grounds. Bus drivers friendly and helpful for English speakers.

Great tour! - The tour was amazing and the driver was very impressive navigating the narrow streets and traffic. We chose to sit upstairs which was a little chilly but they had blankets we could use. I do recommend bringing your own wired headphones if you need English or another language other than German. They do sell them on the bus but you would probably be happier with your own. It worked out great to get off at the document center and see everything and then pick it up again to complete the tour.

Take this Tour! - This tour was well worth it! Firstly, the locations visited are spread out too far to walk to each site in a timely manner. Secondly, the history shared by the guide gave the sites context to the Nazi history and Hitler’s overall plan of power. Our guide, Seba, was enthusiastic and passionate about the subject of WWII history. I wish his English was a little better, there were times when my husband and I couldn’t understand him. I would definitely recommend staying longer at the Courtroom 600. So much information!!

Good tour - We had just a few hours in Nürnberg and went with this tour. It perfectly fit our schedule. The narrative was easy to understand, and it seemed to cover the highlights of the city. The only negative is we stayed too long at the halfway stop. Otherwise it was great! Totally recommend

This tour good only for transportation to parts of the city - A very bland tour. Unable to see most sights as described on the audio. Bus full at start point even though i had a 11:00 ticket reservation.

Poorly trained bus driver - We arrived at our bus stop and the shoes our Viator ticket only to be told we had the wrong bus. He could barely speak any EnglishHe told us to go further up the street. I remembered that I had messaged the tour operator and asked where to catch the bus tour near our hotel. The tour operator gave us the exact location which was the stop we were at, the one the bus driver was saying we had the wrong tour and go up the street. I then went back and showed the bus driver the tour operators message and then he said to get on the bus. No apologies. We were not very happy and almost missed the tour because of this bus operator not recognizing Viator.

It's not a hop on hop off - left us in the cold and rain. - Messed up from the beginning. Due to the Christmas market, the route was changed, we caught the bus near the St. Lorenz church and then for some reason were transported back to the train station where we waited a long time for no apparent reason. The tour itself was okay, a recorded description of the sights you were seeing. Being that it was raining, it fit the bill for a way to see things and keep dry. The problem is that this is billed as a hop on hop off tour. I noticed that nobody was really hopping off. Finally, we decided to get off at the documentation center to check it out. Unfortunately, this was a mistake because while according to their revised schedule for December the bus would be running at least two more times before the last loop, we waited over an hour in the rain for a bus to come and pick us up. We finally had to call for a cab to take us back to our hotel. When we got off the driver said nothing to warn us or tell us that they weren't on schedule. I feel that the company should reimburse us for the cab ride, the tour and the time we wasted waiting in the rain. Being that the stops are so far in between time wise, this is not a real hop on hop off. No way you could use it to actually see more than one spot of interest if you chose to actually hop off.

Sorry would have helped - 1st day, we gave up after waiting 45 mins at the main train station stop. 2nd day, window blew out, no replacement or apology. Were told first a replacement was coming at next stop. Ended up back at starting point with detours after two hours. Absolutely no customer service.
