Amazing tour 🙏🏼 - They had not seen our booking, so it was a bit chaotic at first. The operator was really sorry, and could not understand was went wrong, but he fixed it quickly. The operator reached out to his father and he arrived pretty quickly as well. We were really lucky to have his father to show us the tea factories and the waterfall (both a must see if you are in Nuwara Eliya) because he was so patient and kind hearted with our kids and the tour was wonderfull. I would no doubt recommend this trip to others. Thank you guys for an awesome tour 🛺

Recommended - We liked the tour. We were picked up in Nuwara Eliya and then taken back to the hotel. During the tour we visited two tea plantations and tried different types of tea. The tours were free and at the end there was the opportunity to buy tea. We also visited the Ramboda waterfall and a strawberry plantation. It was very relaxing and interesting. Very good service!

Great tour, definitely recommend it! - Dear Sameera, Thank you very much for the great tour yesterday! We booked a day tour from Nuwara Eliya and visited various places. You always had exciting background information and also had cultural advice ready for us. Your friendly and cheerful nature made the whole thing really nice. We wish you all the best for the future and that good things always happen to good people. Take care, Bohoma Sthuthi! Anna and Andreas

Exploring Nuwara Elia and waterfalls with Sameera - We met Sameera in Nuwara Eliya and spent a great day with him. He took us to the Bomburu Ella waterfall and along the way he showed us interesting things to see. He also managed to buy fruits and tea from street vendors for local prices. His English is really good and he was a really pleasant person to spend time with. Would definitely recommend!

Another unforgettable trip in N'Eliya with Sameera - On our second trip to N'Eliya with Sameera, we were not disappointed. Sameera picked us up from Ella to N'Eliya and showed us remarkable spots along the road that we had never noticed before. Despite our knowledge of the N'Eliya, Sameera thoughtfully planned our site seen, ensuring our trip was unforgettable. During our second day, he accompanied us to Bomburella Waterfall, and he was incredibly helpful in taking our kids to the best viewing area. The walk was around 30 minutes, and Sameera's fluency in English made it easy for us to understand the area. Even our children could comprehend his explanations. Later in the evening, the kids wanted a speed boat ride on Gregory Lake. Sameera tipped a boat and helmsman for us, and we all enjoyed a thrilling speed boat ride. If you plan touring in N'Eliya, I highly recommend Sameera as your guide. He is knowledgeable, humble, and thorough when it comes to the area. His passion for his work and uncovering hidden gems shines through. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful tour in Nuwara Eliya.

Good experience - We had a great day where the driver was the coordinator's father. He was very sweet and tried to engage in conversation even though there was a bit of a language barrier - the only time this really affected us was regarding the tea-picking arrangements which ended up being a short experience. The 2 tea factory experiences were similar (you could probably skip one of them) but they had slight differences which made it okay and it was nice to get insights into the tea from the area and try them afterwards. The waterfall at first doesn't seem like much but it was nice once you reached the top

Interesting tea tour but some hiccups. - Very interesting tea tour and driver was safe. The driver was attentive and ask spike good English. However the timings were different to as advertised on the site and the driver told us we had to pay extra for drop off when we had believed it was included.
