Solio Ranch - You will be picked up by our safari driver guide from your hotel in Nairobi after having your breakfast then proceed to Solio Ranch, a ranch in the greater Laikipia Region north of Nyeri town in Kenya’s central province, Solio Ranch is 180 kilometers from Nairobi, once you arrive in the reserve, you will have lunch at your lodge while enjoying panoramic views and later in the afternoon go for a game drive to watch the rhinoceros and other wildlife species such as buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, impalas, Thomson’s gazelle, warthogs among others. Return to the lodge, Dinner and overnight stay at Aberdare Country Club /Rhino Watch Lodge or Similar
Game Drive Solio Ranch and Departure Back to Nairobi
Nairobi - Wake up the morning, as usual, have a relaxed breakfast at the lodge while enjoying the magnificent from the surrounding hills and the snowcapped Mount Kenya from a distance, you will later go for a Game drive searching for wildlife animals within the reserve, watch out to spot some of the big cats such as leopard, lion or hyena and also tracking more of the large populations of black and white rhinos as well as the numerous bird species, As lunchtime approaches, you will return to the lodge for an amazing lunch as you prepare to head back to Nairobi, arrive Nairobi late in the evening dropped at the hotel in Nairobi or airport.

The Solio Game Reserve is a privately owned sanctuary focused on rhino conservation. Nestled in the valley between the towering slopes of Mount Kenya and the peaks of the Aberdare Mountains, it is located just north of Nairobi and is home to around 200 rhinos. The reserve is an exciting destination for game drives.
Originally a working cattle ranch, Solio Ranch was partially transformed into a wildlife sanctuary in 1973.
