Fun in the sun - Had a fantastic day with these guys. Tayla was a great guide. Lots of fun and knowledge. Loved the little detours through caves and awesome little bays. The sea lions were fun too!

Nice trip - Relaxed paddling along small islands even with high tide. Nice guide, beautiful nature, some small caves and gold sandy beaches.

Brilliant! - Had a brilliant time doing the lock, stock and 2 smoking paddles! The weather was fantastic. Guides Tyler and Troy were great fun and so lovely throughout the day. Scenery was gorgeous. Definitely the best activity I’ve done in New Zealand to date! Highly recommend!

Can't fault the experience! - As novice kayakers we did not know what to expect from the day. Andrew our guide was brilliant and informative throughout. The only downside was that the weather forced our trip to be curtailed part way through but that was not their fault and we had already had a wonderful time by then. We did not ask for any refunds but were immediately given 50% back, which we would have happily gone without but such was the generosity of the team at Kahu Kayaks. We finished the day with a coastal walk and a water taxi ride back. A great day.

Excellent day of adventure! - My partner and I had an unforgettable day kayaking with Kahu Kayaks - one of the highlights of our travels around NZ for sure! The team at Kahu Kayaks were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making our day of kayaking an absolute delight! We love their passion for the National Park and area around Abel Tasman. We learnt a lot, had an amazing time seeing beautiful coastlines, stopping at pristine beaches and watching seals playing in the water! Couldn’t recommend more highly- must do in the Abel Tasman!

Very relaxed and well organised! - My girlfriend and I booked the Kahu kayaking tour, which was recommended by our hostess in Marahau. She was very enthusiastic about this company as it is local and well organised. Our guide for the day was David. As we were the only two participants this day on the Lock, Stock & 2 smoking Paddles we had a very personal kayak tour. David was nice, a true Kiwi, very respectful to nature, and he knew almost everything about the Maori culture and had great stories about it. On our way between smaller islands we saw lots of different birds, seals, babyseals and kayaked in and out caves, through a lagoon and landed on some beaches. Even the lunch was great. Fantastic tour & tour guide!!
