Definitely Worth it! - My son and I went out with the crew a couple of weeks ago. It was a lot of fun even though the fishing conditions weren't ideal that day. My son had a blast, and the crew was a 10/10. They were friendly, helpful, and so kind. I would recommend this tour for any local family or family who are visiting the islands. How can being on a boat in Hawai'i waters ever not be a great experience? Just make sure to take your Dramamine even if you don't get sea-sick because you never know when that day will come. Spontaneous trip - Professional kind staff. We didn’t too too far out but the views of the island and watching others catch coral fish was an experience. Definitely would come back and do this trip.

Excellent way to get out on the water and see some cool things! - I’ve lived in Hawaii for about 6 months now, and this was my favorite thing I’ve done here so far! If you go into this experience expecting to catch a lot of big fish, you’re probably going to be disappointed. There were 3 people in my group, and we all caught at least 1 (tropical) fish! What made this trip so fun was the nice, clean professional crew, and all the things we saw! We saw sharks, whales, sea turtles, and of course the gorgeous Oahu coastline! As long as you’re good with baiting your own hooks, you don’t have to do much else you have to do besides just enjoying everything!

The fishing trip for 3 hours was amazing - 3 hours was plenty of time to have some fun fishing. The crew were incredibly helpful and attentive irrespective of whether you were an experienced fishing person or not. Our family of 3 really enjoyed it.

Book it now! Totally worth it - Captain Amber and her crew mate Josiah were great! My husband wanted to do some deep sea fishing on our honeymoon so we were happy to find a same day opening. There were 3 other people who were also apart of the group which made it nice and intimate. We saw some sea turtles as we were heading out. The fishing experience was fun. Josiah was very helping and great at getting your line ready. At times you felt like you were feeding the fish but everyone caught at least one fish by themselves. Josiah will have a few lines he will cast and allow you to help reel in. They allow you to keep edibles fishes and filet them for you. Three hours is more than enough time to get your fix. Towards the end of the trip, we saw an 8 foot shark! Overall 10/10 experience would recommend and do it again! Coming from a non-fisher woman.

Shark attack. - It was fun. The highlight was that just after catching a small species reef fish and reeling it in a 5ft shark stole it from me. I fought it for like 3 seconds butt the light tackle was no match. The captain and deck crew did an amazing job.

Would not recommend - Sea sick + no fish. I think we were very unlucky. Very little fish caught and no keepers. The waves were very very intense. Felt extremely dizzy and nauseous. 😔😔 Overall bad experience!
