Can’t-miss experience - Absolutely fantastic experience! Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling expedition. The check-in was easy, the crew was exceptional, and we took so many great photos along the way. This was, in the words of my 12-year old, “the coolest thing ever.”

Team was great. Kevin in... - Team was great. Kevin in the water helping us locate turtles and other marine life was excellent. Captain Rich and his awesome sailing. Skills and song choices adding that extra element. Recommend highly to everyone

Great Time, So Many Turtles! - This was a great time! Sometimes it can be nerve racking to do adventurous stuff by yourself, however the staff made me feel welcomed and safe. They checked in often and were all very kind. On this snorkel we saw a few kinds of fish and obviously the main attraction were the sea turtles! We saw so many--an incredible experience followed by some fun sailing. Great crew!

Holokai catamaran - The opportunity to see turtles swimming in the ocean was unmatched. The crew really made the trip very enjoyable- Hannah was the sweetest host, and Ryan was a great guide. The sail was as much fun as seeing the turtles!

Holakai is the way to go! - Me and hubby booked the turtle snorkeling tour and so glad we did! Our catamaran crew was AMAZING!! Kevin (aka the bartender), Mikey, and the captain (I am so sorry i forgot his name) were the best! I think it fits around 40 people total and we only had around 20 so definitely room to spread out and just relax and have a good time! Our check-in spot was at the Outrigger Resort Waikiki and we had a short walk to where we board the catamaran. You are given fins, snorkel equipment and a vest. You also are not required to snorkel or can go back to the catamaran at any point if you are done or just need a break. Mikey was amazing and guided anyone willing to snorkel out a little ways to where we could see the turtles. Absolutely amazing underwater views of fish and turtles! They do provide complimentary suntan lotion, water and snacks! But the Holokai Hooch is yummy if you want a little alcohol! After the hour snorkel they put the sails up and took a tour down the coast around Diamondhead. It was very windy when we visited Hawaii so the ocean was very choppy, so if you get seasick easily, definitely may want to go on a calmer day. But we had a blast!! The crew is so accommodating and just make you feel so comfortable and relaxed! Even if you are new to snorkeling, I guarantee this will calm any fears!

Recommend Excursion - My wife and I visited Oahu for our honeymoon. Our first excursion was to snorkel with sea turtles. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw several turtles and enjoyed the information provided by Chase who swam along with us. After snorkeling we sailed for a bit which maybe several folks on the boat sick. The sailing was just okay due to the slightly rough conditions on the water. Overall a fun excursion and very cool to see the turtles in their environment.

A wonderful way to spend the morning - I had a fabulous morning turtle snorkel and sail. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The crew were very welcoming and chatty on board. My only suggestion would be for the two crew who came in the water with us, instead of floating and chatting together, I would have appreciated if they had pointed out turtles or other creatures, and given us some information on what we were seeing. Still, really enjoyed the excursion.

Honest Opinion - Saw a couple turtles, when they came up for air. However, not the best trip I’ve been on to see turtles. Also, our group was held up by whoever the weakest snorkeler was, as the guide was primarily lifeguarding and trying to keep our group right by him - this is NOT the trip for beginners or children. The experienced was redeemed by a fun sailing adventure along the coast to Diamond Head.
