Perfect Aloha welcome - The experience was everything I wanted it to be. The greeter was very good at communicating where she was before we got to baggage claim. Thank you so much for the Aloha greeting.

Excellent - Young llady was polite and cheerful! She delivered leis to us in airport. Leis were beautiful. Great Great !

Great experience - Even though our was delayed and they still came to greet us. They stayed in contact with us the whole time.

Spending quality time with family - The children loved getting greeted with lei’s, just like in the movies, and experiencing beautiful Hawaii for the first time.

good - I booked this for my family. They had to call to find them but they came quick. They loved it. Would have been perfect if they did not have to run them down

Great Lei without a smile 😕🤣 - The Lei was absolutely beautiful. The delivery guy was not so welcoming. No smile or no aloha. He did offer to take our picture and did a great job with that. Maybe he was having a bad day. We just laughed it off and went on our way.

Failed in every way - They never showed up. No phone number to call so I sent a message. No answer. The representative of another tour found out who they were called them and they said I was supposed to call when we arrived (not what I paid for) then they didn't have a number to call me (not true as Viator gives all that) and once given my number, they never reached out. I asked Viator for Mt money back. Ruined the surprise I wanted for my kids.

Not the Lei I was expecting - Awful experience, I would not do this group again. The leis were wilted, the presentation was awful. there are many other places on the island to get fresher Leis

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! When we received the leis I immediately realized they had already started to wilt. The person that presented us the leis was non chalant and appeared to have better things to do as she just threw the leis around our necks and walked off. The leis DID NOT APPEAR FRESH! For the price I paid, I would’ve enjoyed to have the lei for more than a couple of hours. This lei DID NOT LAST! However, I did stumbled up on some that were being sold for less than $9 at wal mart and appeared to be in a better condition! SO SAVE YOUR $ AND GET THE LEIS FROM WAL MART! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

Didn’t get anything! - I paid for a lei greeting for my nephew and his new wife. They had the voucher with them. Nobody met them. They asked a couple people working at thei airport and no one knew anything about the service. In addition, I was left a very rude voicemail message from someone saying it was my fault because I put my contact number instead of theirs. I’d like a full refund.
