Thank you for showing my family a warm welcome - They are amazing. Even though my flight was late they knew and showed up still called and let me know they were at our meeting location waiting I would definitely use their services again!

A Wonderful and Stress-Free Experience with Exceptional Service - I wanted to start my Hawaiian vacation off right, so I decided to purchase the lei greeting with the shuttle service—and it was such a lovely touch! The moment I arrived, I felt an authentic and warm welcome to Hawaii. What really stood out to me, though, was how understanding and accommodating the company was. My first flight was delayed by two hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight. Given the time difference and the fact that I was already en route, I could only communicate via email, but the company was so responsive. They quickly adjusted my pickup time without any hassle, which really helped ease my travel stress. I also used the service for my departure transfer to the airport, and once again, my flight had time changes. But as before, they were incredibly quick to respond and made sure everything was adjusted smoothly. Their flexibility and communication were top-notch! I don’t remember the driver’s name on my departure date, but Leo, my driver on arrival, was absolutely amazing! He was not only knowledgeable about the island, but also so engaging. I loved the conversation and all the interesting tidbits and facts he shared about Hawaii—it made the ride even more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This shuttle service really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a seamless and stress-free trip. I’ll definitely use them again on my next visit!

A little frustrated - Well, I was kind of misled when there was a spot asking where I wanted to be dropped off so I was assuming that I was going to be transported to our hotel, but that wasn’t the case. How can someone putting a lei on your neck go wrong

Underwhelming - Booked the Lei greeting for my grandson's first trip to Hawaii. Paid for three leis, one each for him and my two sons, and received three leis for them, so that part was as expected. The rest was very underwhelming. After the plane landed we were texted by the greeter to let them know when we made it to the carousels and described the shirt they were wearing, (red shirt with flowers). He stated in the text that he would have our leis soon. That someone was dropping them off. We texted to let them know when we arrived at baggage and then again when we had retrieved all our bags. Didn't hear back. Walked around the carousel asking everyone with leis wearing a red shirt with flowers, (there were quite a few), if they were with Speedi Shuttle. One of them recognized our greeters name and directed us outside to the shuttle area. That is where we found our greeter, still waiting for the leis to be dropped off. His sign had another group's name on it. So, we all stood around staring at each other for about another 9-10 minutes until the leis arrived. Our greeter then placed them on the boys and now we could head off for the rest of our vacation together. Did the most basic of what we purchase come about? Yes. Was it a special greeting to welcome a first timer to the island? No. We could have saved several dollars and a quarter hour of time just buying one from a stand in the airport ourselves and placing them on the travelers. I believe that most people purchase a lei greeting for the special attention for that traveler. Having a greeting years ago on my first time to Hawaii and having witnessed other greetings over numerous times at various Hawaii airports, I know what I was expecting. This was not that. If I had known how this was going to go, I would not have booked this for my grandson and sons.

Do not purchase this service!! - Service cost is not clear. Booking asks for a drop off address but then after making payment you’re informed that the airport transfer is not included!? No instructions for arrival provided and we never received the service! Operator refused a refund. Would not recommend. Very poor customer experience
