• 1008a Kawaiaha‘o St - You’ll begin your journey by picking out 11 items for each participant to destroy; you can optionally add on larger appliances to wreck havoc on as well. An Anger Breaker will take you upstairs to get suited up in coveralls and go over safety rules. At the same time another Anger Breaker will place your items in the room. Following your orientation, you’ll be given gloves, a helmet and face shield.

Each room is equipped with an iPod so you can play whatever music you like, and the lights in the room sync to the beat. The flashing lights can be disabled if your photosensitive. After your journey is complete, you’ll be able to relax in our air conditioned Zen Lounge and play creative and fun games as well as watch others destroy stuff on the live monitor feeds.

Closed-toe shoes are required (no crocs, flats, or slippah)

Break’N Anger stands as the one and only anger destruction room within the Hawaiian Islands. Take a walk down and vent your anger in any of our Smash Labs. We offer a selection of glassware for you to hurl against the walls, electronics of varying sizes to destroy with a crowbar, and huge appliances to annihilate with a sledgehammer. Choose your tool of destruction and unleash your rage.
