FAMILY. Where all become family. - It’s hard to choose because the luau exceeded my expectations and being my first one. The whole experience with learning the culture. It was so moving and the Chief is hilarious. My most memorable is when I got on stage.

Worth every penny! - It's an whole experience! I can't take any one part of the Laua. From the Lei to the food to the show. The atmosphere was there from beginning to end.

Good - After the bus left us behind because they did last minute change in pick up location and time. we were still on time without knowing of changes, they were 50 steps away from us, it was very upsetting. They didnt call our names. We managed to get an Uber to see the show...we bought the VIP tickets...the show was amazing. It was fun..food was good. I give 5 stars to chief luau entertainment but the transportation 0.

Very Good Show. - Cousin Greg was phenomenal. I chose the transportation option but we missed all of the pre show entertainment.. Would have liked to see some of it. Upon arrival one of the staff wouldn't let me take a picture with her while in costume. I'm sure it's so you can purchase the $30 photo later. The food and show were phenomenal. Would prefer for the beverage station be placed closer to the food area or at least placed on the way back to the seating area. Overall I was satisfied and had a good time.

entertainment was excellent, everything else was minor - The food was very good, even if we had to walk to get it. It was hard for me because I was limping quite a bit. Also, we had free "drink cards" but no one came around all that much to ask what we would like to have. the only "best" thing was the entertainers. That would be the number 10 item for this dinner.

Average luau - Our guide Greg was awesome. Made the trip entertaining and directed us quickly to the correct area to maximize our time. Felt the luau was rushed. Food was gone quickly, waited 10 minutes in line for drinks, and a long walk to restrooms. Did not like the waterpark being the environment for a luau. The entertainment was good but also seemed rushed. Lots of upsell also.

What a ripoff - 1st they do this all the time yet busses running late and the NORMAL weekday traffic was not factored in. They got us there over an hour and a half into the show. The food was not hot, the individual serving salad dressing, gone bad and because we were delivered to the luau late we missed intro mai ti and if we did want seconds on buffet one would have had to chow down fast, (they made an announcement that buffet was available til 7 after we finally got our table) tour guide was rather rude when some expressed concern as to whether they would be able to get us back to the cruise ship before it sailed, and rightly so because it took them 2.5 hours to get us there. This was held at a water park and the restroom facilities were disgusting, not clean and no toilet paper. I think everyone on that bus deserves a refund of some sort, the only good part was the chief and his dancers
