Beautiful Tour - We are so happy we did this tour. It was amazing to see the Northshore and all it's beauty. Max was the best guide. Very friendly, showed us the best spots and we enjoyed our conversations! Highly recommended this trip and Max for your guide!

Off the beaten path Tour of Oahu - Dan was an amazing tour guide! We hit the jackpot when we booked this tour. Dan took us to places off the beaten path, just what we wanted - to sample beaches and various parts of Oahu! His knowledge and stories were entertaining and endless. Highly recommended!

Fantastic tour - Massimo is a fantastic tour guide! It was great riding around and stopping at all the great locations around the island. The weather was rainy, so we weren’t able to snorkel, but Massimo made sure to stop by some cool places to make our tour full and fun.

The best tourism experience my wife and I have had. I would highly recommend the Full Circle Tour to anyone. - Max was our guide and he gave us the experience of a lifetime. He had my wife and I drinking coffee (which neither of us have ever liked) at our very first stop the Green World Coffee Farm in Wahiawa. The next stop was the Dole Pineapple Plantation where we learned there are over 100 variates of pineapples and it takes 18 months to grow one pineapple. We then stopped in Haleiwa at Killer Tacos for a wonderful lunch. We saw Turtle Beach, The Pipeline, Sunset Beach, The North Shore, La’le Pointe where we saw the Eye of the Dragon, and Karelia Bay just to name of few. We drove by Kahana Bay where Pirates of the Carribian with Johnny Depp was filmed. We also got to see Chinaman’s Hat which you walk over to when the tide is out. We drove by the beautiful lush mountains which were so green and beautiful you were just in awe. (Can not wait to come back on another visit for Max to show us the beautiful waterfalls in the mountains). We also made a stop in Kaneohe for more coffee tasting and macadamia nut tasting at Tropical Farms. This place was fantastic. Did not leave empty handed. This experience was far greater than I ever dreamed it could be and this company offers so many other tours that my wife and I will definitely plan another trip to the Island to experience.

Great time in Oahu! - Massimo and Santiago were very accommodating to our large group, very friendly, polite, and informative. They know the island well and did a good job sharing with us. They took us to a bunch of scenic views, which we really appreciated. Since we were such a large group, there many different personalities, desires, etc... and they did their best to accommodate everyone. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect, private tour of the undiscovered Oahu! - Having been to Oahu many times, we were tired of the large tour bus experience. Not a bad choice for first-time visitors, or those who want a specific agenda, but we were hoping for something customized for our taste . . . and we didn't want to drive. That's where Massimo Sport Hawaii Tours comes in. We booked a 5-hour tour for just the two of us. We were delighted when Massimo himself (and his newest guide, Phil) showed us the Oahu we've never experienced before. From a boutique macadamia nut farm, offering every flavor of nut, coffee, crafts, and nut loving chickens, to endless stretches of nearly deserted beached on the North Shore where sea turtles gather, our tour was totally unique and perfect for our taste. Massimo suggested we try a lunch of Kalua pork tacos. He pulled into a local diner that had amazing food, bargain prices and no crowds. Having lived on the island for nearly 20 years, he was able to offer us dozens of options for our tour, allowing us to bypass those we'd seen before. It was a perfect day, and we learned that Massimo also specializes in watersport experiences, off-road excursions, and private family tours. We'll definitely book with him again!

Disappointing - The tour guide we had did not seem very knowledgeable about the island. We didn’t see very many sites. It was expensive and very disappointing.

Not worth the cost - I paid $600 to feel rushed and we didn't get to see everything we wanted to. The driver was very knowledgeable of the Oahu island, which we appreciated very much. My advice is to just do a little research, talk to a couple locals and rent a car.

Zero-Knowledge, Unprepared, Unprofessional Tour Guide - Let me separate the company from the tour guide here: The company was pleasant enough to deal with. We were able to adjust the time and the length of our tour. When it came to adjusting specifics of the tour, they connected us directly to our guide to hash out details based on interests. They were fine, but given how terrible the guide was, they share some blame for employing her without, apparently, any vetting as to ability, knowledge, and personality. -- Our guide was, to not mince words: appalling. She arrived to pick us up 30 minutes late. She didn't bring any snacks, though we had paid for them and discussed them with her the day before. She drove us around for 3 hours and that was it. She knew nothing about the history of the island, nothing about the points of interest, nothing about the culture, nothing about the things we passed. She just drove and told us about what she did know: X celebrity from Hawaii Five-O lives here, where she goes for healthcare, where her house is, as we passed it. And we heard the same story about her paddleboarding with her boyfriend the previous day at least 3 times. She complained about the homeless downtown and how rude they have been to her. She basically complained, then sat in silence between them. She insulted my father in law a few times. She called him Dad and when he was adjusting his hearing aid she turned to us all (at 2 different times) and made sarcastic remarks about 'oh, Dad hasn't been hearing me anyway'. For what it's worth, he hears fine and was not the actual Dad to anyone in the vehicle. Her entire manner and way of talking was grating. She complained about various things in her private life mostly, in between silently driving and letting us out. When asked simple questions like "how old is the island?" she hazarded a guess at 300 million years. This is wrong by a factor of 100 - the island is roughly 3 million years old. Every question was met with "I wish I had that information, but I don't". History, geography, culture, politics... these are all profoundly uninteresting to her. Our guide decided to become a guide after 3 years of being an Uber driver. It turns out that's what she thinks a tour guide should be - a driver. And an audience to hear about her personal life. It's truly incredible someone could live there for 25 years and know so little about it, then presume herself qualified to be a tour guide. "What interview process allowed this?" we marveled afterwards. -- There may be people who want celebrity gossip and random chitchat. But look elsewhere for any substance - at least request a guide with knowledge or seek another company who might provide that by default.
