Wonderful hiking - It was wonderful I love it . I had earphones and listening to all explanations in French it was perfect. On the top it was like a magic to see the ocean with all the colors. The hiking was had for me but I did because they had a branches to sit and take rest it was helped. I really love it.

People on check kiosk... - People on check kiosk were so helpful, day before I booked wrong tour , lady in kiosk was so helpful and definitely Hawaiian 🌺 Love the tour if I come back I will visit again definitely.

Read, read, read! - Went based off reviews and did not know I had to purchase/reserve tickets for parking and the actual hike. They did not refund me because it was too late. Read everything before you purchase.

Great hike! Poor product - The hike of diamond head was amazing. The narrated tour was not necessary and actually distracting. The headsets slow you down and take the focus away from the views. If you are with others, you won’t talk or have to take them off. The info at some of the spots is interesting, but just doesn’t work with hiking.

Terrible customer service. I booked to go on Wednesday however my son got - My son got injured before my scheduled time. I tried to rebook but there was no customer service. I got into that chat line to try to rebook and no one returned a call. I lost money on this I would not go thru this site again.

do not take this tour - First of all, the tour price and the hiking ticket price were different, and I couldn't get the hiking ticket, so I asked to cancel this tour, but I still haven't received a refund even after more than a week has passed.

Waste of money! - I bought the tickets and went to the diamond head visitor center and they told me there that those won’t work…. So I bought new tickets there (the good ones)…
