Two words: MUST DO !! - What a wonderful experience ! Every single detail is perfect! The crew, the boat, the places we visited, the instructions received, the food, the energy, but best of all: the respect for the ocean and its habitants! This is no SeaWorld or or other places where the creatures are trained. We experience the wild life and as such, we showed respect and profound admiration. And honestly, is there any other way?? Mahalo!

Fantastic experience — 10 out of 10 - This was an amazing experience! The crew on the boat were friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. We had 4 kids with us (15, 11, 8, and 5) and they were fantastic with helping them to enjoy the experience, feel comfortable in the open water, and see the wildlife! We can’t wait to book this experience again.

Best day ever! - ALOHA! From start to finish, such a great experience. We were picked up on time and they texted us that they were on the way. Very friendly crew who made sure we saw the dolphins and turtles. Everyone felt safe and the only thing we needed to bring was towels and sunscreen. John took photos of everyone on the boat and in the water so you don’t need to worry about capturing the moment- you can be totally present. Highly recommend this adventure with Indigo Ocean Hawaii!

Great tour and great atmosphere! Worth it! - John was our photographer and him and the team did an amazing job making everyone feel comfortable and built the atmosphere. Even though we were not the best swimmers but they really made sure everyone gets a chance with photos and seeing the dolphins and not to mention the amazing lunch. We had a wonderful time and would recommend for anyone else who wants to experience the close up view of swimming with dolphins!

Unforgettable Ocean Adventure with Indigo Ocean Hawaii - We had the best time ever with Indigo Ocean Hawaii! Our photographer, Dave, went above and beyond to make the experience truly magical. He swam all the way to the bottom of the ocean and found an octopus, which he brought up so we could gently hold—such an incredible moment! We also swam with several large turtles and were lucky enough to see a large pod of wild dolphins. It was pure magic. The captain of our boat was wonderful—she located all the dolphins and positioned us perfectly so we could swim with them multiple times. It was such an incredible experience! The food on the boat was delicious, and I couldn’t get enough of the coconut pudding—I could have eaten a gallon of it! Just a heads-up for fellow vegetarians: bring your own snacks, but avoid bananas since it’s considered bad luck to bring them on boats. We saw so much amazing marine life, including fly fish, pufferfish, parrotfish, trumpet fish, and a variety of others that I couldn’t even name. I would absolutely use this tour again and would request to be on the boat with Dave—he made the experience one we’ll never forget!

Authentic Hawaiian Adventure! - We are the kind of people who want a real life encounter with ocean wildlife instead of a poolside experience. The Indigo staff have made that possible. Very down-to-earth people who treat you with respect. We made our way out into the Ocean looking for any signs of wildlife and we ran into a pod of spotted dolphins! They swam alongside the boat almost close enough to touch! We also hopped in the Ocean with snorkels and were able to watch them swim underneath the surface. We ended our adventure snorkeling in the bay with beautiful fish and sea turtles! Couldn’t be happier with our experience here.

Fantastic experience, 100% worth it - What a wonderful experience! I went with my daughter since she loves dolphins. We went on October 19th and to say we were surprised is an understatement, we saw so many dolphins in big groups and some cute turtles. The crew was so engaged and friendly! 100% recommend!

Good and fun! - It was a fun trip to swim in the open ocean. We didn’t get to really swim with the dolphins because they’re sort of far away. By the time when we all jumped off the boat, the dolphins were gone in like 2 mins. But the crew was really great and worked really hard trying to find them the entire time! I like to support local business and go on excursions like this, but a few things I wish it could have been done better for this excursion: 1. A message confirmation for the pick up time the night before would be really nice instead of us going through emails/viator/trip advisor to look for an old message to figure out the pick up time.. 2. It was really hard to hear the captain speak because she wasn’t using a mic. People who sat at the front of the boat would likely miss out on all the fun / important stuff that she was talking about. 3. The photos were taken upon request. The photographer will snap a few for you but if you don’t ask, you don’t really have photos. And after you purchase it $60, they will share a link with you that contains everyone’s photos …. Then you realized how many more photos others have taken. And it’s just a little odd that other strangers have access to your photos and it doesn’t feel so special/personalized when you just get a pool of photos. (This is not to say that the photographer wasn’t good. I actually like our photographer. But in the submarine scooter excursion, the photographer showed us our photos before we purchased them and only emailed us our photos and videos. Maybe the challenges here are bigger to get better shots in the water while chasing dolphins. So it’s just a thought!) 4. It would be nice to get some announcement that we will try to find more dolphins again instead of just asking us to go back on the boat and suddenly telling us to get ready to jump. Overall, I think the communication part could’ve been done better. However, it’s still a great trip! The photographer actually captured an octopus and let us hold it! The entire crew ensured we had the best time we possibly could! It was an unforgettable trip! Thank you all!!! Mahalo!!
