Our best surprise adventure ever! Thank you Brian =) - Our best adventure ever on the island, actually any island! We visit every year for the past 2 decades, thought we tried everything, but to our pleasant surprise we experienced a fabulous adventurous hike. It rained the night before, so the trail was extra muddy (soupy as our guide Brain called it). BTW do wear washable water shoes. Brian guided us up the narrow trail, taught us about the indigenous plant life, pointed out neighboring farms, taught us which colored markers to look for, how to traverse over the rocks through the flowing water, and showed us treasured local fruit. At the top of the 30 minute hike is nature’s reward, a beautiful waterfall that you can stand under. The continuous waterfall obviously from rain was a refreshing 71 deg F. We were in good hands the whole time, Brian kept our cadence, always offered a hand in the difficult areas, took pictures for us, and let us relax for as long as we wanted. Thank you Brian!
