Best Luau - Entertainment was wonderful! The dances were cool, and learning about the culture was interesting. Drinks tasted good.

Great time, easy walk from the cruise port! - We picked the celebrity service. Food delivered to your table and dedicated bar service. Food and entertainment were really good. Better price point than the cruise ship and finished in plenty of time to walk back.

Not a good experience. Go elsewhere - Only the entertainment saved this luau, very disappointing. Paid a lot $450 for the Celebrity package and was totally not worth it. First off the table was not adjacent to the stage but set a little further back and we were actually next to people that had a splash package. Not that we minded that part but we paid for a better spot than to be at a table that was considered a lower package. The food was notrocious, just awful. Pre plated with dried up fish and a very small piece of chicken with some greens and noodles and only the pork was decent and the servings were comparable to a kids meal if that much The dessert was literally 2 items cut into pieces about the size of 2 dominoes. The salmon was chopped so small and in a sample cup and we thought it was salsa until we tried it. The plates weren’t promptly removed and stayed in front of us for about 3/4 of the show which attracted all the flies. Just an awful experience. The ONLY redeeming quality was the performers who did a really good job and put on a nice show but unfortunately it didn’t really compensate for the rest of it. This was our one splurge on this vacation and it was so rediculously overpriced for what you got they should be embarrassed Buyer beware If you do choose to go even after this warning do not upgrade your package it was a rip off. Just get the basic seats and enjoy the show. One last thing. 3 drinks were included for each of us. Completely watered down and in a small plastic cup everything else was up charged Don’t waste your money

Terrible food, Viator... - Terrible food, Viator said would give transportation but didn’t, charged me more than if I would have booked directly through vendor. Show was very amateurish but good for childten

Complete waste of money - I was very disappointed in this luau. We got off to a rough start when as soon as we were seated, we were presented with mediocre food swarming with flies. Next, I am a petite woman, barely over 5 feet tall. Knowing that I have trouble seeing over crowds of people, I spent the extra money to have the Celebrity package in order to be close to the stage. We were seated over to the far right, so that our backs were to the stage. Even when turning our chairs, the sight lines were so poor with all the people in front of me, I couldn’t see a thing. This area, according to the online map, is not even in the “Celebrity” area! I suppose the dancers were decent, but I honestly couldn’t see most of the performance because we were so far back. All in all, between the food and inability to enjoy the show, it was a complete waste of money and time.

Had to uber because I never received pick up instructions. Show does not feel authentic at all. - Both the pick up and the show were disappointing. I had to uber because the pick up was horrible. 1. Pick up info was wrong. They picked up one hour earlier than listed on viator. 2. No response to any of my 3 messages 24h before tour 3. Nobody called me when I was missing for the pick up 4. Nobody responded any of my phone calls or voicemail while I was waiting for pickup 5. Nobody responded to my email while waiting for pickup 6. Nobody was online to respond on the chat feature If you go on their website you can find the actual info, but these were not shared with me. Maybe because I booked ~24h before the tour and they send them earlier than that? The tour ended up being cancelled last minute due to a power outage, so I rebooked without the pickup. The show itself does not feel authentic at all. Maybe 5% authentic native Hawaiaan, 95% broadway/night tv show style. For example, they will have the audience split in two teams, team Aloha vs. team Maui, and decide the winner on who is screaming the loudest, this kind of ambiance. If that's your thing go for it! I would have personally preferred to focus on learning more from the native Hawaaian culture.

Worthless Luau - I have attended several Luaus in the past and was looking forward to having my friends experiencing one. This is not what happened. This Luau was poor from the start. We bought middle of the line tickets and were treated like second class citizens. There was a long line to get in for us but the highest price tickets basically just walked in. Once in the drink was so long that I missed the start of the show waiting in line. The drink tickets were only good for a watered down Mai Tai and a can of wine was $6 extra. The food except for the chicken was inedible and you served yourself. During the show the wait staff continuously walked in front of us so the show which was second rate was second rate was hard to watch. The star of the show was a Caucasian male who stood out because of his height and pale skin. His try for audience participation was horrendous. The other dancers were slightly better than average. I would not recommend this Luau for half the price.
