After the driver greets you, the agent will guide you to the vehicle, assist with your luggage, and transport you to your destination. Starting February 1, 2025, Lux Cab will consider a “No Show” if there is no communication from the customer or agency within 30 minutes of the original pickup time, or 40 minutes after landing, and the customer has not arrived at the designated pickup point.

Customers will not be eligible for a refund in the event of a No-Show.

Booking partners, including Agoda, must not make transfer reservations without providing the lead traveler’s phone number.

Transfers lacking the point of contact, phone number, or email of the lead traveler will be canceled.
