Buckle up with the pilot and hear recorded commentary on hidden rain forests, valleys, waterfalls, and beaches that many visitors never get to experience.
- For each guest weighing over 240 pounds (108 kg), an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. The second seat charge is half off of the regular tour price. Please arrange your additional seat after booking.
- Check-in is 45-minutes prior to tour time. This allows for guest weight check-in, a safety briefing, and to be escorted and seated on the aircraft to ensure an on-time departure. You will receive confirmation of tour time after booking. Late arrivals will not be accepted and are non-refundable.
- Children 23 months and younger are complimentary and considered a lap child.
- Not permitted on the aircraft are hats, scarves or bandanas, iPads or tablet computers, selfie sticks, purses, bags or camera bags.
- Please refrain from scuba diving within 24 hours of flying.
- Tour sights may vary depending on weather.
- Weather conditions are monitored constantly for a safe and enjoyable experience. A weather call may be made up to 15 minutes prior to take-off.
- We advise to wear dark clothing to minimize reflection in photos. Dress comfortably, as our aircraft are temperature controlled.
- We are a cashless business and recommend bringing a credit card for the optional purchase of video/photo packages and souvenirs at the heliport. Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
