Papa P is the bomb! What an experience! - Papa P was an absolute gentlemen and such a fun and lively character. He made the long tour super fun, factual and personable. He had immense knowledge about everything we drove by, and also stopped at - such as; monuments, beaches, and lookouts to name a few. The places that were chosen to show were both interesting and entertaining to be at. Would highly recommend!! A personal note to Papa P, Thank you for making and leaving such an impression for my partners and I’s first time in Hawai’i. Mahalo, Derek

Great overview of the island! - Very interesting tour! Pappa P was an amazing guide - providing lots of interesting stories and complementary snacks and drinks. Lots of opportunities to eat and to shop and to take photos. A seat on the right side is a bit better because you have these breathtaking views of the ocean for half the time.

Tourist knick knack shop tour. - Wonderful guide Guy. Very nice and informative. The tour itself was terrible. Basically stopping at tourist shops. They must be getting kickbacks from these shops.

EXTREMELY RUDE TOUR GUIDE. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. - Cousin Guy, our tour guide, was extremely rude. For example, he pointed out a landmark on a side of a mountain and a lady said she couldn't see it. He asked her "How old are you? Even I'm old and I can see that." When the lady replied she couldn't see because she was too short, he said "All short people don't deserve to live." He also said he really missed his "beautiful bed tonight" and that he was "super tired" to which a different woman commented that she did as well. He then proceeded to comment that he thought the woman might fall off her bed because she was "too big," which was not received well by the other guests on the tour bus to say the least. Throughout the trip, he continued to make half-joking remarks saying that the guests were "fake" and their reactions to his terrible jokes were "pathetic." Many people on the ride called him out, but he ignored those complaints. The tour experience on the bus was mostly a continuous stream of unrelated rambling about Cousin Guy's life mixed in with some facts about Hawaii and crude jokes at the guests' expense. This review is simply to warn other people who are planning to book this trip. Trip was ok, guide was not.
