HONOR PEARL - Wonderfully arranged tour. Plenty of time at Pearl. VANNESA gave a great tour of the old Honolulu. She had all info and answered all our questions.

Excellent tour guide, good communication; very nice experience. - Well organized and exactly as advertised. Everything was on time; detail regarding pick up / drop off and any other relevant information was well communicated. Vanessa, our tour guide, is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour group.

Pearl harbor - The excursion was good although our guide didnot explain very well where to go for video of the day or the ferry over, also the excursion did state a free t.shirt of the harbor or Hawaii was included as a gift!! Which we didnot recieve.

50% disappointing and 50% good - The van was too crowded. Fortunately the other guests were cordial. The snack was too skimpy, the juice was loaded with sugar and we did not receive the promised T-shirt. The driver was very knowledgeable and considerate. He was under pressure after having Been delayed in picking up guests who provided their incorrect hotel info. I would highly recommend him.

Unfortunate experience... - I was pleased to see a personal SUV pick us up. But this soon turned into regret. The driver whose name I don't remember needs a little training on what not to say with a tour. First I was on an important business call when we were picked up and he referenced my business conversation multiple times. Second he asked one of the ladies if she spoke English. Third he ask where we were from and referenced it being a swing state. Not professional. The tour was him driving and pointing at things. No plans for stopping giving more information just driving. He takes us to Pear Harbor and gives us instructions and we met him promptly to pick us up later. A lady asked for an additional juice he told her one per person and one person didn't have a drink. He could have given her another one. Then we were driving again to a statue where he offered to take pictures, then to the punch bowl, where he just drove through without stopping and then to an Obama mural. Which he drove by and told passenger she could go back later on her own and take pictures. I couldn't wait for it to be over. When he dropped us off he offered the souvenir T-shirt When asked for two he said that it was one per reservation but we were a party of two. There are much better tours out there. I felt like I was in a bad Uber.

Wash out - I know you can’t control the weather but you could have done some things to help. It was raining hard but we had to walk from commercial parking area to entrance in heavy rain(our driver had her umbrella). The walk way was such water Poole about 4-5 inches deep which we had to wade thru. She gave us our passes to the Arizona. By time went to bathroom it was time to check in for Arizona. Movie door closed just as we got there to see so then park ranger announced next time slots , including ours were canceled!! So now drenched in rain we were supposed to wait 2-1/2 to be picked up!! 7 of us just wanted to go back to hotel but told we had to make our own arrangements. Not a positive experience 👎

Pearl Harbor Trip Missed! - At the last minute, Your tour company rescheduled the time for the trip & we had to cancel because we had another excursion scheduled. I have not received a refund!
