With no obstructions to your sight, take an incredible 50-minute narrated helicopter trip over Oahu for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Feel the breeze in your hair as you gaze at unparalleled aerial perspectives of Oahu’s must-visit landmarks, which include Honolulu Harbor, Hanauma Bay, the Halona Blowhole, Sandy Beach, Dole Plantation, Pearl Harbor, and the USS ‘Arizona’ Memorial. Travel in the very same helicopter featured in the television series Magnum PI.
- Open Seating passengers weighing more than 250 pounds (113 kg) will be charged an additional fee. Open seating passengers exceeding 300 pounds (136 kg) will be charged for an additional seat. ANY (3) Open Seating passengers whos individual weights all exceed 180 pounds (82 kg) will be required to purchase the fourth (last) seat. All fees are payable directly to the supplier on the day of the tour.
- An individual First Class passenger’s weight must not exceed 180 pounds (81 kg). The combined weight of two First Class passengers must not exceed 345 pounds (156 kg)
- To allow maximum flexibility in your schedule, you are not required to choose a specific flight time when booking. You may choose your desired flight time upon reconfirmation. Please note that flight times are on a first-come, first-served basis
- The First Class option must be sold as a party of 2 only. If there are more than 2 adults in the party, a separate reservation must be made for the remaining members of the party.
- A maximum of 4 people per helicopter.
- We ask that guests be able to climb the three steps up into the aircraft.
- Minimum age of 7, to fly. Must be 12 or older to sit next to an open door.
- Magnum Helicopters always flies with a full flight. If all four seats of the helicopter have not been sold the day before your scheduled flight we will contact you to reschedule. If unable to reschedule you will be given a full refund.

Amazing experience & environment, highly recommend! - Good afternoon I’m writing this on October 2024, if you come to Hawaii or is in Hawaii this has to be mandatory on your to do list. By far the best experience I had.. the staff makes you welcome from the start. The process for your flight is well prepared with simple training / tips

Book this tour - I was so nervous and the crew put me at ease. Book the door less flight and get ready to take in the beauty of Oahu. I’m terrified of heights and this may have cured me.

Getting high in Hawaii - We had three people and for just a little more were able to book a private flight.

Magnum PI and history - Five out of five because I couldn’t score it six! We’ve done some helicopter rides before, however nothing like this! Absolutely amazing! Very professional and friendly.
The ride itself was amazing! Never had doors off before, it won’t be as much fun going back to doors on!
Volcanic craters, beaches, flies the route of the Japanese zeros approach to Pearl Harbor, over the Dole pineapple plantation and concludes with an extensive circle of the USS Missouri and the war graves of the USS Utah and USS Arizona

Exhilarating! - What a fantastic experience! Loved every minute, you are securely strapped in so wasnt scared without the doors. The views were amazing and had an option to buy the full video of our trip and photos at the end👍😊 definitely recommend this tour

Most wonderful heli trip! - I can only recommend this Helicopter Tour to everyone who wants to experience an excellent trip of a lifetime. The staff (Kevin) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He needs a raise for his amazing service. The pilot was knowledgeable in explaining what we saw from above. Overall an awesome experience!

Doors off Helicopter - It was terrifying and exhilarating at the same time!!! Amazing to see the island from the air. Have done helicopters before but not doors off - a must-do! We all loved it!

Horrible open door experience with subpar views - I still get upset when I think about it. My boyfriend booked this helicopter tour for a birthday excursion. We arrived on time, however, the couple that would be riding with us, arrived 20 minutes late. However, they still offered the other couple the better seats. They left me and my boyfriend squished in the front with the pilot. The view was subpar for the hundreds we spent. It ruined the experience and to this day, it makes me want to cry. Don’t let them do you dirty like they did to me.
