Highlights
  • Pearl Harbor National Memorial - Pearl Harbor the home of the USS Arizona Memorial, learn about one of the most pivotal moments in US history of WWII.
  • USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park - USS Bowfin is a fleet attack submarine that fought in the Pacific during WWII, and helped to make famous the term, “Silent Service.” Bowfin was launched on 7 December 1942, exactly one year after the attack on Pearl Harbor. She was nicknamed the Pearl Harbor Avenger, so it is fitting that her permanent home is at Pearl Harbor, Hawai’i.
  • Battleship Missouri Memorial - The USS Missouri Memorial Association is dedicated to preserving the Battleship Missouri and sharing her story and place in history. The USS Missouri was the third U.S. Navy ship to be named after the Show Me state and the fourth American warship to bear the name - there was a Confederate Missouri that was captured by Union forces during the Civil War but never commissioned as a United States Ship.
  • Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum - An authentic World War II-era hangar, Aviation Museum Hangar 37 is home to the artifacts of our collection that tell the story of America’s involvement in World War II from the Dec 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor to the Battle of Midway and beyond.

Great! - We had a great experience! The only thing we didn’t get to was the virtual experience at the Pearl Harbor memorial. Lunch options were available at the Missouri and Aviation museum.

Heartfelt - This was a great and memorable experience. Even though I didn’t now and of the men, I still shedded a tear for the live lost. Especially when I seen the wreckage

Tribute to those whom have given us freedom - Presentation of the memorial (done in a respectful way) and the guided tour of the battle ship. Tour gave plenty of time to view and experience all the exhibits.

Honored and humbled - The driver was extremely knowledgeable and also took time to explain about the history of Honolulu. The memorials and museums were very honorable and somber. A once in a life time trip to the past. Being able to see where WW2 started for the US and end in one spot was amazing. Highly recommend to do them all.

Confusion from the start... - Got off to a bad start with a mixup of what bus we were supposed to be on. Then, we were denied tickets to the Bowfin submarine and air museum because of confusion re the type of ticket that we had purchased. Other than that, our guide was great, and Pearl Harbor is well worth the time and energy to visit.

Not what was promised - Not good. We did not sign up for or want any tour of Honolulu going and coming back. We only wanted the Pearl Harbor tour. And we never were able to receive our headsets as they were not available. That was extremely disappointing BUT MIST IMPORTANT WHEN WE SIGNED UP I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE TIME. I WAS TOLD 6:30 pick up and back by 1:30. This was important as I had an unaccompanied minor to pick up at the airport by 3. Needless to say I had to make other plans either my son to pick her up. And we were late for our afternoon event. Total disregard for our needs and concerns. When I asked why we were not returning by 1:30, I was told it's 2:30 return. Not what I was told or expected. Completely ruined our day Please advise me of your response. So far I have avoided posted anything negative. Your response will dictate mine. Rob Silon
